“First time using this web site. Previously used one which showed the cost of the goods in the currency of the country sending gift from eg. Canadian dollars. Prices seem reasonable, will see if recipient in UK is pleased with gift.”

“Two days after submitting my order, I was notified that one of the items I purchased was out of stock, and when I substituted it with a higher-priced one, I was not charged the additional expense. This was appreciated, thank you. All 5 items I ordered arrived on time, and I was kept abreast of the delivery process. However, the 5 items arrived in 4 separate packages and it was unclear from the delivery notice email I received that 2 items were in the same package and I needed to verify with the recipient that all 5 items were in fact delivered. This could be made a little clearer by actually specifying which items were delivered on the notification. It would also be nice to be able to order multiple items and be charged one flat delivery fee per delivery service used instead of a separate delivery fee for each item. I would like to see a little greater variety of choices in some of the different hampers as well as the beer products. I ordered these gifts for a friend in NI from America and I must say I was grateful to be able to find a company that could deliver to Carrickfergus as I ran into problems on multiple other websites. Despite a few things that could be improved, all in all, a positive experience and I would use Prestige Hampers again. Thank you.”

“Update to my previous review as it seems I cannot edit or remove it. The issue was finally resolved when someone explained that the first person who offered to resend the gift was not in the office! My recipient received her birthday gift about two weeks later. Still pondering on whether to use them again after this. But on this occasion thank you for sorting it two weeks later.”

“Was a part of a Christmas present for my dad, he is a pork pie mad. He said they were absolutely delicious but one he was looking forward to, the one with the black pudding wasn't in it. So have knocked a star off for that reason”

“i use ph for my family in england. you have a good selection of items and they are varied enouth. your website isn't the easiest to negotiate and you don't seem to have a record of previous adresses used. you do seem to deliver in a timely manner. since i live in Maine i have never had a chance to try your products personally.”

“The hamper I sent and 1 received were very good and enjoyed. A slight problem with my UK address my order was made on December 17 the issue didn’t get spotted until December 30 the date before delivery. Given I am in NZ I was a little upset. I found the notice sent to me easy to follow except when I sent the answer it didn’t seem to go as I got another request. I sent it a second time a different way and was accepted.”
