“Hamper was fine. However I did not receive the promised notification of shipping or delivery, tracking never became available, and the email query I sent was not responded to. Had to ask the recipient if they had received it.”

“The website asked for post code to find address.i did this ,only to be contacted for the full address.long wait on the phone finally email worked ,but worrying for a while as we were sending abroad. It worked out well in the end I had problems with the live chat line”
