Recieved item after being out of stock for month, fitted to find leaking. No alterntive offered still waiting for item to be fixed

The mirror I bought was not like the picture on their website. When I asked to return it they said they would investigate but they did not respond to any further emails. Stay away from these crooks.

Bought towel radiator for disabled bathroom. Asked for exempt VAT rated purchase. Was told by saleslady that her accounts department said to pay full then they would contact me for VAT refund. I informed her thats not how it works. She insisted thats what the accounts department said. After purchase, still no contact from accounts department for VAT back! Either incompetence by saleswoman, account team or lying??

After looking into your order, it was requested that we would require you to send us through a VAT exemption form/proof to enable our accounts department to process this for you. We haven't yet received these forms from you to enable us to refund you the VAT. I ordered a part, they sent a different one so I phoned them and they said it was an error. They sent the same wrong part again, I phoned them they asked for a photo. They then said they no longer made the part I wanted but hadn't deleted it from the catalogue but instead of telling me just sent something else. Absurd waste of money and time.

The company sells dispensers that are not suitable for use and do not communicate this to customers upon purchase . They then refuse to help once they have your money . A few pictures as attached and caused by alcohol gel !! Laughable ….just poor quality . BEWARE !!

Product arrived on time and well packaged however the customer service for this company is very poor, I have sent submitted twice a question on how to return as it was advised to submit on their "online portal" and heard no response and its been 2 months!!!!!!! One of the questions was closed without any response! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a small item for delivery. It was not delivered and when I contacted Prestige Radiators they suggested that delivery had failed because no one had been in (No card recording any failed delivery was left by the postman) and that I attempt to track it through the post office. Having paid postage, I take that to include delivery and suggested that responsibility for tracking the package rested with them. I offered the company the choice of recovering the package and making delivery or refunding the money; they chose the latter, but there is still no sign of the money being refunded to my account.
