I was reluctant to order from CNM as I thought the delivery charge of £7.99 plus Vat was excessive on an item costing £9 plus Vat but I couldn't find the item anywhere else. Nothing had arrived after 2 weeks so contacted Customer Service, who were very good and arranged for another one to be sent. This arrived within 2 working days as promised. The item was then delivered to a neighbour instead of to the primary address, but that is down to DPD.

Very satisfied. Rapid delivery of the radiators I ordered, and good follow up by CNM when I missed the first delivery attempt. Two things that could be improved: 1. CNM should provide a link to the tracking service. I found it in the end on the Palletforce website - but CNM hadn't mentioned Palletforce. 2. Delivery contractor should notify when they plan to deliver to avoid waiting in all day, and to prepare for arrival of an 18 ton lorry.

The company were very helpful with respect to delivery and our availability. The heater was packaged well and easy to install. So far it has been excellent but to be fair we’ve not yet entered winter and been able to use it to its full capability, hence 4 stars instead of the - anticipated - 5.

Purchased three radiators so far, two with a remote control and one without. All very neat looking radiators, well made and straightforward to fit to the walls. Programming was a little complicated, as installing radiator in a holiday home and unsure of best mode for when nobody is there. Would still recommend.

As for what setting to use when no one is in the property, we would recommend: Night Eco Mode Indicated by a "Crescent" symbol, this setting controls the radiator from 12pm to 6am and keeps a comfortable temperature with reduced energy consumption. Also, an ideal setting if you are leaving the home for 2-3 days. Or Antifreeze Mode Indicated with the "Frost" symbol, on this setting the radiator will automatically keep the room temperature above 7C, an ideal setting if you are away for long periods or on holiday.
