One of the radiators was damaged on delivery and the help centre lady said because I opened the box it was my responsibility and cost to send it back, After quoting the sales of good act, this was then quickly rectified by the manager, But I suggest reading through the terms and conditions before purchasing.

Hi John, Firstly, may I take this opportunity by thanking you for your honest and candid review. All feedback is taken seriously and is acted upon to improve the customer experience. We have been distributing the Delonghi Fivy radiators since 2017 and to be honest it is very rare we have any problems with the quality or performance of the brand. The Fivy Oil Filled Radiators are dispatched directly from the manufacturer in Italy. Due to their popularity, large quantities are sold and logistically every radiator cannot be unboxed and repackaged prior to despatch. They are inspected by the quality control team at Delonghi before we receive them, with assurances that we are in receipt of a high calibre product. Having said that, it must be accepted that any manufactured product can slip through the proverbial net at the quality control stage. Also, John to make you aware, the Delonghi fivy is a sustainable product, unlike most electrical panel heaters sold in the UK. Every part can be repaired or replaced. In Fact, we are repairing radiators sold back in 2017, rather than replacing them. We are very saddened to hear that the experience with the Delonghi Fivy radiator did not meet your expectations. We did collect and replace the said item which I hope was to your satisfaction.

1st radiator arrived damaged, quickly dealt with but vague description of collection and delivery of replacement caused cancellation of my electrician. No template for fixings!!

Our Company Policy is that any product that may arrive damaged is to be Repaired or Replaced, once the damage item is received back to our warehouse, we can then send out a replacement. I can confirm we arranged collection of your faulty heater and delivered a new one promptly. From your order notes I can see you were made aware of when the collection and delivery would take place. I was not in on the first delivery occasion and had asked the parcel to be left with either of two neighbours. Perhaps they were both out. On the second occasion I had asked for it to be left behind the house next to the bin. It was not. It was taken to a shop over a mile away. I have no car this week so it was not convenient. Perhaps the deliverer needed a signature but the options I was given did not indicate that. I should be able to collect it this weekend.
