I had a gift a delivery of fresh flowers they were well packed a few of the stems of flowers were broken that was fine but the two roses were drooping and had brown petals on them on delivery. I have had them 5 days and the leaves in the flowers are going yellow. I have flowers from a supermarket every week and they last ages I am really disappointed

Do not buy these. Roses died immediately. I am so annoyed. Could have got better value at Tesco . Would never recommend

delivered promplty, seem fresh, but clearly much more basic version of what was on the photo online - I feel I payed 2.5 times flower shop price + delivery cost. Normally would give 2 star, but for the nice card included - giving 3 stars. Unlikely to use again.

Flowers are very nice. But don't opt for the chocolate. I imagine cat waste would taste nicer

I would like to know the difference Between the normal size flowers and larger. I purchased larger ones for a special birthday. They've now came, late and not impressed with the size of them. Because they came late I had to go to mands but more flowers. These cost £35 and were far more superior to these which cost £50. Very disappointed.

Very small, I mean VERY small bunch of flowers. Certainly not worth £25. Hardly any flowers or greenery. Totally different from picture advertised. Very disappointed as it was sent as a gift.

The delivery was on time, so no problems with that. The price for what you get is ridiculous though. Utterly disappointed as there wasn't really anything to them. Totally not what they looked like on the picture, they were far more vibrant and full, and they weren't even for me! They were for my partner, luckily she liked them but for what I paid I'm astonished, and not in a good way. Sharen't be using again, sorry to say.

The Service itself was Spot on, the flowers arrived on time. Sadly the Bouquet looked like they used the leftovers in the Florist Shop and nowhere near the offer…

Yor website remains cluttered and it is difficult to view the products prices withou srolling through the details. I hope the size I ahve ordered is delivered apprropriately given previous confusion. The discount voucher codes disapapeared during the frustraing order process. Still to b edelivered so I await my recipients feedback

Pretty disappointed. I ordered a large "Happy Christmas" bouquet for a lovely work colleague & this is what was delivered - it bears very little resemblance to the picture on the website! Perhaps a passing donkey took a fancy to the foliage & only left a couple of straggly bits....?

I ordered flowers for my mum for Christmas last year I ordered them for Christmas eve they arrived 28th december and they were all dead obviously been on the van for 5 days without water never use them again

Flowers look lovely BUT buyers need to be aware that they may well end up buying the 'next size up' bouquet, that is, the more expensive one. The default size on the website is always 'medium' rather than standard.

My nephew's wife me photos and she said she was delighted with the flowers! My only complaint is the quantity! I paid an extra £10 for a larger bouquet!.

Although the flowers are lovely and arrived in a nice box, I ordered a medium sized bouquet and was left rather underwhelmed when opening the box to see what can only be described as a small handful of flowers. Certainly not worth what was paid, and certainly did not look like the display picture

I have used you in the past and have had no problem but I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, although this Is not your fault, they were delivered by the post office, left them in a safe place but never left a card through the door to let her know, they text me but i obviously thought they had left a card. I text her this morning to wish her happy birthday and asked if she got the flowers , she hadn't but checked her gate and found them , she said the box was sodden due to the rain , but thankfully the flowers were ok , and said they were beautiful.

Very Happy with the product. It’s the poor delivery. It was left by the front door in view from the street for over an hour. Also, if they only knocked louder, my 71 yo auntie would have heard it as she was home and be happily surprised. Anyway, disappointing that didn’t happen
