Hate to think what size would have arrived if I hadn’t gone up a size. £35 + delivery (£6) for 14 flowers, not impressed. Lets hope they last.

For a supposedly large bouquet they appear to be a small to medium bunch & as for quality there not very good Rose's look like there over a weekend old and the lillies look dilapidated, I have enclosed photos .

Whilst the flowers arrived on the day specified they absolutely did not look like what I ordered. Either flower type or size (I paid extra for “large”). I also ordered what seemed to come in a vase, but these did not. I paid £71 and my mum is very ill, so I am really disappointed.

I felt the size of the bouquet that was received was extremely inadequate considering the amount that it cost. I will definitely be looking for other options when it comes to ordering flowers online again.

When I place the order, it said it would be delivered for Mother’s Day, but the order confirmation said delivery would take place after Mother’s Day on the Monday. 😔

The flowers were meant to be sent as condolences to family of their loss. Prestige flowers employed Royal Mail service to deliver the flowers and left them behind rubbish bin. What should be their brain to use Royal Mail for delivery? The whole exercise was to send the message of comfort and they put it next to rubbish bin. I have no words…

Really disappointed. Have used Prestige several times previously and have been very impressed. This time they used my billing address as the delivery address. I contacted them within 3 hours to try to either change the delivery address or cancel the order. The delivery was not due until 2 days later but they refused to amend or cancel. The flowers they deliver are lovely but their customer service is sadly lacking!

I really do NOT like your website. I do not expect to have to make an account with every single purchase I make online. You should have an option to pay as a guest. When I made an account and put my card details in it was not clear how to actually pay. "Checkout Now" is not what I expect to see after I've already put my card details in as I'm already checking out by that stage. "Pay now" is much clearer and should appear immediately under my card details.

The picture isn’t a true representation of what you actually get ,hardly any flowers and only one stick of babies breath, plus they were all bent and squished, bit miffed because they weren’t cheap. If you’re reading this go somewhere else.

The pricing was decent but checking out was poor. There was no clear chance to review the contents of my basket, sneaky unclear postage added on last minute and unclear whether the address I was supposed to enter was my address or the person I wanted the flowers delivered to. Shame as I have no problem with add ins but they should be clear and upfront. I should have known in well in advance what the price was, how it broke down and had confidence the flowers will go to the correct address. Not tempted to use again.

Order no 8640840. Order placed 22/03/25 Ordered flowers for an 96 year old lady’s Birthday . Cost £36.13 in total with card. I received a email from her today and they looked very poor quality and not like the bouquet I ordered. Very disappointed and with quality. Sally Brooks

I'm afraid this is a poor review.i chose a medium bouquet to send to my aunt in hospital and to be honest I was embarrassed by the flowers she received very underwhelming. Sadly I will not use this company again. I'm having difficulty uploading the photo so am unable to display

Very disappointed. Ordered pink sunshine bouquet and got catfished. Roses were not pink, they were white/green and where were the pink flowers? It was certainly missing the pink element and did not get what I expected in terms of description and value

Flowers were nice but went with Prestige as offered next day delivery. Instead it took two days and missed the occasion they were required for. Wont use again unfortunately.

I signed up for the emails to be able to use a code for money off. It stated:We hope you enjoy being part of Prestige and that you enjoy using your exclusive promotional code which is valid for 7 days! I took that to mean I was able to use the code for 7 days straight. How wonderful I thought. I was wrong. I feel the wording is somewhat misleading. I was able to use the code once! I had three bouquets to send so ended up just using the code once on the first bouquet and using a different service for the other two. I can't comment of the flowers as yet as the delivery is scheduled tomorrow.

I ordered these flowers, Pink Sunshine, large bouquet for my aunt's 80th birthday, she received them today and when I saw them I was very dissapointed, they looked nothing like the Pink Sunshine advertised. I won't be using this company again.
