I ordered x 3 lots of flowers from website. X1 flowers had an issue with address. As soon as I realised I let them know . They ask for order number I send and the correct address. Flowers have been returned to them . I was on holiday I tried to sort but nothing happen. J rang them on return followers still not delivered . They say they are sorry they are unable to give a refund or delivery the flowers as its being returned to them. I spend over £ 100 with this order and they couldn't do anything for the order. I won't be be using thèm again.

Flowers delivered on 2nd April were clearly past their best (and likely surplus stock that had been used for Mother's Day - 2 days earlier). In registering a complaint (because after 2 further days most flowers had wilted) I find that I had previously received poor quality flowers in 2022 - when, in response to my complaint then, the company refused to accept that their flowers were not 'prestige' quality. Be careful - expensive for what, in my experience, twice, is nothing better than a local supplier.

This was an expensive bouquet and unfortunately, I would say, was not worth the money. When it was delivered, the flowers looked very dehydrated and although most of them perked up once in water, the roses didn't quite and several need brown petals to be removed. By day three, all but one of the roses were dead and 1/3 of the lisianthus. By day five, 2/3 calle lilies had also died, leaving very little remaining aside from the greenery. We followed the care instructions to the letter, snipping the stems at an angle on arrival and after three days, replacing the water and rinsing the stems. With all of those measures, I would expect good quality flowers to last a week- maybe not all of them, but a good majority. It is disappointing that these did not. It's poor value for money, and I doubt I will order from prestige again in the future.

Rose buds were brown and had to be thrown out after 3 days. Customer services weren’t able to help because it has to be reported inside 3 days.

Absolutely disappointed with flowers I received for mothers day as they lasted 3days before wilting and dying I assume my son paid a fortune for these will not reccomend your flowers

Flowers roses and lilies ordered from Canada. Following day after delivery one rose flower died. Second day three rose flowers were brown in the centre. Two lily flowers did not open. A disappointing experience

Flowers arrived 2 days late missing Mother's Day, 1/3 the size of the photo (I paid £80 for the largest bunch available) with many of the flowers wilted. Customer service didn't see anything wrong with this. I almost never post negative reviews but this was deeply disappointing and a but embarrassing as it was a gift. The only positive was one type of flower in the bunch was unusual and very beautiful. As a frequent bouquet consumer I won't be using Prestige again.

Purchased as a Mother's Day gift. Bouquet smaller than expected. The roses wilted quickly, whilst the lillies remained in bud. At nearly £30 (Inc delivery) I expected much more. My mother was honest and said they were a disappointment.

Unfortunately my flowers arrived on monday after 3. I know it was a busy time but my daughter wanted me to order the flowers on Friday. And the flowers themselves are Unfortunately near the end of there lifespan not the bast very dead looking and fowers have fallen down in the bouquet. Have had flowers before which were beautiful from this company but this time it seems it might be my last time..... I tried to send a photo but unfortunately it would not let me....

Late delivery of my wife's flowers for mothers day and with an extra chocolate present I paid for not even included. And although the bunch for my own mum arrived on time with a mini hamper, the flowers are wilting and looking on the verge of dying after not even a full 2 days. Given what I paid for these, I am very unimpressed by the product quality. I won't be using this company again.

Flowers came on Saturday when they were meant for Mothering Sunday. Lilies were on the last day, and only 4 roses. So total cost for 4 roses was £31. Not value for money at all.

Was sold flowers for Mother's Day and allowed to pick a planned delivery date on Mother's Day. This was a last minute arrangement and could have been arranged using a local florist but I trusted this service instead. I feel the user experience was misleading and disingenuous. On contacting customer support the same day I ordered, I was asked to wait until the end of the delivery day to see if the delivery would arrive. When it didn't, they then said I should have known it would not arrive on time by reading Terms and Conditions. Really poor experience.

Ordered a large lilly and rose which was almost £40. Very very disappointed in the bouquet my mum received for her mothers day. The 6 roses are dying and the lilies are buds. I complained and received a response saying they believe the size and quality is what it should be

Avoid! Bought a medium bunch of flowers as a nice mothers day gift- I paid £35 and could have easily found much larger (and prettier) bunches from a normal shop! I dread to think how small a "small" bunch is! Very dissapointed and will not be using or recommending this company to anyone! Not worth the money at all! The name "prestige" is almost close to false advertising because there is nothing prestige about this bunch of flowers!

Its mother's day , ordered flowers for my 95 year old mother, with cake and card , no delivery arrived , all her friends in the next rooms all have there flowers and cards , my poor mum has nothing thanks to you guys at Prestige . No person I can call or no way of finding out what's happened to her delivery . So disappointing , certainly a learning curve , always order by phone a nice local company you can trust will deliver.

Just disappointed in the quality to be honest. Paying £40 for a large bunch of flowers and they weren’t conditioned and some looked in a poor state. Browned around the edges.

Disappointing, The Medium summer lilies included a single lilly stalk with only 3 flowers (2 still fully closed and one barely open) the picture advertising showed over 14 flowers in the image. The "summer lilies" was mostly leaves, with 6 pink roses, twice as many as lilies despite the name, and despite the advert showing no lilies. This is such a small bouquet I cannot believe I haven't actually received a small roses and lilies instead. Happy mother's day indeed. See the example image they give and the actual bouquet.
