Flowers delivered ok anniversary bouquet £50,3 days later flowers dead & dropping petals ,contacted prestige to be told they only offered a 3 day guarantee, I have bought garage flowers for much less money that lasted twice as long! Offered a £10 credit on my next order, will not be using them again.

Absolutely shocking service..... I used them now a couple of times the 1st time the flowers arrived abroad on the promised day .....the 2nd time the flowers arrived delayed ....I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again for international mothers day ordered beginning of the week with delivery for Friday yet again the flowers haven't arrived on the committed day and will possibly arrive Monday a couple days old Absolutely shocking never again

Extremely disappointed with their flower delivery service. Apparently next day is only available anywhere but Scotland. Twice now I have ordered from them where the date I selected for delivery was no issue until I had paid and then they changed the delivery date to a day or two later!! If you can’t deliver to that location next day, specify and do not process the payment. I could have ordered from someone else!!!!

A birthday gift, whilst the lilies were fresh and in good condition, the roses were tired and poor quality with one broken. Certainly wouldn’t use or recommend this company. It would seem I’m not alone judging from other comments.

recieved flowers from friends for my birthday quite dissapointing looked ok when they arrived but by the next day many were lifeless and some dead so dissapointed for me and my friends who sent them to me . Wont reccomend to anyone

Hi, All previous experiences and quality of flowers / arrangements have been top quality. However today's delivery was not up to the usual standard. Order number - 8780371. The roses were wilted, small and browning, too much foliage and not enough flowers. There were 19 heads of roses and freesia. Sorry to complain bit as I said earlier not up to usual standards. A medium delivery of Roses and Lillies is not as it is shown in the picture instead of a nice full bunch 5 roses and 4 lillies and lots of greenery not impressed as you expect more when you pay more especially for someones birthday

Easter flowers did not arrive on time despite ordering 3 days prior to delivery on the basis on a Next Day delivery service. No communication to advise order would be delayed, as such issued a query now 4 days late to be told no refund would be made available for either the order or delivery fee paid, they do not provide any delivery assurances despite paying for a Next Day premium delivery service. Very dissappointed in the policy and delivery communications or lack thereof, won't be recommending or using them again.

Had a bouquet of flowers delivered to us yesterday for a sloum event from friends. Although extremely pleased with receiving the gift we are very disappointed in the quality of the flowers as not going to be able to display for long as wilting already. Feel so sorry for friends who have spent so much for so poor product ..

Beautiful flowers but completely wilted after 5 days, considering how much you pay I expected them to last longer, a supermarket bouquet bought three days before lasted longer. Was upset as they were a mother's day gift, very disappointed with the quality

The image on your website compared to what I received were a world a part. I paid £40 + delivery for something you could buy from a supermarket for £10. The personalised note was also soggy. I can’t express how disappointed I was. Thankfully my wife laughed when she saw them as they looked so pitiful. I feel I’ve been taken advantage of by false advertising and scam pricing. Won’t be using again.

Extremely disappointed with the bouquet, luckily I asked for a medium size instead of standard (ii would have been better at a petrol station) I measured the vase top as being 5” and in that was four geberas ,three large carnations and a stem of small orange Lilly heads of 4 and a small amount of filler.Not at all happy,fair enough if I had just left it as standard but to add an extra £5.00 was an insult.I used a £7.50 loyalty voucher,in fairness this was all it was worth,not nearly £30 as I paid.Won’t buy again from here,thankyou 😤

I ordered x 3 lots of flowers from website. X1 flowers had an issue with address. As soon as I realised I let them know . They ask for order number I send and the correct address. Flowers have been returned to them . I was on holiday I tried to sort but nothing happen. J rang them on return followers still not delivered . They say they are sorry they are unable to give a refund or delivery the flowers as its being returned to them. I spend over £ 100 with this order and they couldn't do anything for the order. I won't be be using thèm again.

Flowers delivered on 2nd April were clearly past their best (and likely surplus stock that had been used for Mother's Day - 2 days earlier). In registering a complaint (because after 2 further days most flowers had wilted) I find that I had previously received poor quality flowers in 2022 - when, in response to my complaint then, the company refused to accept that their flowers were not 'prestige' quality. Be careful - expensive for what, in my experience, twice, is nothing better than a local supplier.

This was an expensive bouquet and unfortunately, I would say, was not worth the money. When it was delivered, the flowers looked very dehydrated and although most of them perked up once in water, the roses didn't quite and several need brown petals to be removed. By day three, all but one of the roses were dead and 1/3 of the lisianthus. By day five, 2/3 calle lilies had also died, leaving very little remaining aside from the greenery. We followed the care instructions to the letter, snipping the stems at an angle on arrival and after three days, replacing the water and rinsing the stems. With all of those measures, I would expect good quality flowers to last a week- maybe not all of them, but a good majority. It is disappointing that these did not. It's poor value for money, and I doubt I will order from prestige again in the future.
