Ordered flowers for Christmas eve delivery and they got sent out straight away. Told that there was nothing they can do. All my fault. I triple checked the delivery date before hitting the place order button. Advice was contact parcel force and rearrange delivery. Great idea. Leave fresh flowers sitting for a month then have them delivered. Will no longer be using this company after years a loyalty to them. Terrible customer service.

Ordered them from here as they advertise next day delivery. THEY DO NOT. They can arrive within a five day window (in small print in their terms and conditions). This was a very sad birthday due to loosing family members and I was trying to cheer my sister up. I called and the woman on the phone just repeated "in our terms and conditions" - but you have to search for this. I will NEVER use this company again - wish you could give negative stars!

Flowers not delivered on time Flowers on website said that if you ordered by a certain time it would be next day delivery Flowers were to arrive on in the 26th November. I received tracing. Information that they had been dispatched and would arrive on the 26th November between 8 - 12pm . Flowers never arrived . Called to ask for a refund and was advised terms and conditions said they can’t guarantee next delivery. Company tracking info said they were out for delivery delivery but only being delivered today.

I wouldnt order from here. I Ordered flowers for my mum as a gift on friday morning. Paid for next day guaranteed delivery by 1pm so should have arrived by Saturday. They finally arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Disgraceful that you advertise guaranteed delivery and take payment for it when you can't provide the service you have charged for. A waste of £35 as they were starting to die by the time they were delivered!

DO NOT USE! Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered flowers for my mum for the 6th of November. Numerous phone calls and emails and only until now someone has got back to me (27th November)… They have stated that the flowers were delivered yet , my mother and no one at the address has received the flowers ! Also no refund or any sort of negotiation to help me send these flowers to her. Never again , I spent 110$ on these flowers and absolutely nothing for return!

I will not buying from this company again the flowers arrived the day after my wife's birthday and only lasted 2 days. Rubbish quality I would have been better getting them from a supermarket.

I place an order with prestige flowers on Tuesday 19th of November. Requesting delivery to Northern Ireland for Monday 25th of November. The items did not arrive on this date, despite myself having paid extra for expedited delivery service. When I rang the customers service, the businesses view was this was covered under their T's & C's due to northern Ireland being classified as a 'remote area'. This somehow meant I should have accounted for an extra working day. This response is quite simply un-sustainable and fairly pathetic. I would have been perfectly capable of making alternative arrangements had I been notified by Prestige flowers or the courier that the original delivery date was not going to be met. Despite a very respectful and amicable conversation with a customer services employee from Prestige flowers this has been nothing short of a pathetic showing from prestige. No offer to at-least refund my cost or expedited delivery. I'd have been quicker picking a bunch of daisy's from the nearest round-about.

Ordered flowers at 10.30am for next day delivery- websites first line states - order before 10PM and get next day delivery so all good. flowers di not arrive for 3 days, and when I contacted Prestige, they they referred me to their terms and conditions and said they have 3 days to deliver them.. what state they will be is anyone's guess after that. I explained that the recipient was only at home in these 24-48 hours they were supposed to be delivered and again, the customer services referred to their terms and conditions. could not care less that I had paid £76.00 and 3 days later still not had the flowers - suggested I take it up with my credit card provider, but added they will rigorously defend their position !!!! - the worst customer service I have ever had and would say DO NOT USE THEM !

Don’t just this service my husband sent me flowers for my birthday and they sent the wrong one , plus the size was not the correct and the worse was the flowers are really in bad condition really dry and black ! This is a scam and I’m gonna post in all my social medial !

Horrible. I. Was going to say service but there was zero service. Not arrived poor communication refused refund Website very misleading as they said they had a 3 day window for delivery. Completely pointless less for an event. Essential flowers arrive on time. Definitely would not use again

AVOID ORDERING FROM PRESTIGE FLOWERS! The quality of flowers they send, really do not match what they post on their website. I felt shocked and insulted at the horrendously poor state of the flowers that were rammed inside a box, and then delivered late by Royal Mail. I paid a lot of money to receive just a few, very sad looking flowers, when compared to a photo of the same bouquet on their website, it looks offensively different. I really felt like I had been scammed. I also paid extra for "guaranteed delivery before 1pm", however they didn't arrive until after 4pm. When I submitted my reasonable complaint to their customer service, I learned that they take no accountability for their poor quality of service and offer no late delivery refunds. Save your money and buy a cheaper bunch of flowers from ASDA. Supermarket flowers really do look so much nicer than what this dodgy company throws at you. I'm putting this disappointment down to experience Best wishes.

It was my birthday on Wednesday the 20th November my son lives in Dubai and ordered me some flowers from you . They arrived 1 day late he was so upset he had ordered them in plenty of time . When they turned up on the Thursday they was absolutely wet through the lilies were dead there was 6 roses I placed them in a glass Thursday when they arrived hoping for the best but sadly Friday I put them in the bin they were dead absolutely shocking was so upset that I had to tell my son how bad they was when he had gone to the effert of sorting them out for a surprise for my birthday 😞

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My Daughter lost a baby and I live many miles from her so wanted to send flowers to let her know how much I love her. They didn’t show up, next day they didn’t show up and the next day I get an email (supposedly) from Royal Mail to say property was inaccessible. It truly is not and the earlier parcel delivery driver that came that same day had no problems at all. In fact, he delivers most days to that address. What about leaving with a neighbour or texting the poor customer whose money you’ve just taken and letting them know? I am angry beyond words and will never use or recommend this company again. Their customer service was an impersonal and patronising email only. Do not use this company and it looks like I’m not alone in that thought. Wish I’d read the reviews first, but in times of stress and worry and just trying to do something good for someone…who has time to do that? My lesson has well and truly be learned.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I tried to send flowers to my mother in the UK. (I am in Canada.) Not only has delivery been attempted 1, 2 & 3 days late but they have still not arrived. Apparently delivery was attempted and failed. I cannot give a different address other than the correct one!! This is a seniors home. The address is not complicated!! Very sadly, Prestige have not tried to help at all. My mother still didn't get any flowers for her birthday. I will never use Prestige again. Complete waste of money.

Waited the birthday flowers for yesterday 23 Nov but did not arrive. According to Royal Mail they will deliver 25 of Nov Monday. The flowers are not fresh anymore. How can I refund or reutrn.
