As I write the flowers I ordered have not arrived at destination. The PO told me they would be delivered by 3pm. I'm very surprised because normally delivery service is very good. Anthony Williams.

I ordered the standard size and got 3 roses in total. I paid 30 quid for 3 roses and a small bag candy. Do not order from here.

Ordered for valentines and came promptly and intact and the ordering process was very easy. However, when inspecting the flowers, the picture shown online didn’t match what I received. Only 3 roses and rest made up with standard flowers despite being advertised as a bouquet of roses. I understand rising prices affect everyone but I feel the price was steep for what I got.

Ordered a large boquet of flowers, very disappointed. If this is a large boquet I hate to think how many flowers you get for a small bouquet. Tried to add a photo, even though upload 100% it failed to show my picture and would not let me submit my review.

The flowers may be good but your web site is probably the worst I have ever come across. After three attempts I very nearly gave up but I persisted but will not do so again. If your site is as bad next time I shall order from another supplier.

Firstly, a great selection of flowers n gifts. But the customer services ( Harvey C ) terse and dismissive. Then, they use royal mail as the courier service which , more frequently than ever, is the shoddiest of all the couriers services. Then, the order is left on the front doorstep on a busy street unsigned for. So, use Prestige if ye don't mind having yer anxiety levels played with

Ordered and paid for flowers to be sent to Southern Ireland After four days received notification that in order to send to Southern Ireland it would be an extra £10 there was only one day left to send I cancelled my order

This bunch of flowers with a pack of dafodill seeds cost £40… absolutely ridiculous. This was the large set. And the box looked less than nice when it arrived. They weren’t in water and I’m absolutely disgusted it cost so much! Never order from them again!

Did'nt much like using your site due to it being very muddled with lots of bits here and there instead, for me, it being straightforward to use. The flowers on offer were wonderful thought which is why I persevered.

The delivery was very quick from the order date which makes your service reliable however, I am not too happy with the flowers. They don't look as nice as they did on the pictures and for the price I paid, I was expecting something better. They look the same as the flowers I could get at the local supermarket but are nearly double the price excluding the delivery. I'm going to have to go to the local shop to buy something else to go with the flowers as the won't be enough for the occasion.

I didn't buy this, I received it as a gift for my birthday and it contained a small yellow rose plant with one flower on, a teddy bear, a birthday card and a box of chocolates. Apparently there was supposed to be gin and tonic in there too but there wasn't. You were contacted by my son and I received the missing items next day. Looking at your gift photos, it looks like there should also have been a scented candle in with it too but I didn't get one. Too many mistakes. The rose still only has one flower on, now half dead and the chocolates taste cheap and disgusting, tasting mostly of sugar. The gin was rather nice and so was the teddy bear but I just cringe when I think how much was paid for this gift and what it consisted of. I just hope my son doesn't waste his money on any of this again and I can't even tell him because it seems ungrateful and I don't want to cause upset. Obviously the email below is mine and not the person's who submitted the order.

I ordered my flowers 3 days before the delivery date I wanted, they were for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately they arrived the day after very disappointing. So I will be going elsewhere for my flowers in the future.
