Terrible, unhelpful customer service who do not listen. My daughter brought 2 bouquets for me, the recipient, for a Christmas present. One bouquet had a dead, brown rose in it and other dead and wilting flowers. The other even worse, badly wilting red tulips on arrival which never did revive. I know her order cost her over £100! What a complete rip-off. I didn’t want her to know my disappointment and embarrass her so I took photos but was unable to send these as it was Xmas Eve/Xmas Day. I took the photos the moment they arrived, but obviously could not send them within the 3 days they told me was the deadline for a replacement. I was also told my photos “must be dated”. Wish I had read thre reviews before using this company. Flowers have not arrived when expected, and now won't arrive until the next working day which is Monday, so the quality of the flowers will be quite poor by the time the recipient receives them. I had paid for next day flowers due to a recent event and I wanted the recipient to receive them as soon as possible. Incredibily disappointed. Have been trying to get hold of customer service but I have currently been on hold for 30 minutes with no indication of my place in the queue or how much longer I will need to wait. I'll be sending them an email shortly. As this is my first experience with them, I would not recommend prestige flowers/

Despite my order confirmation email stating that the flowers would be delivered on my requested date, prestige flowers only delivered my order 3 days later. The flowers were a birthday gift for my elderly mother who lives far away and these would have meant so much to her. It is the first and very last time that I will use this company, and will never recommend them. I wish I had stuck with Interflora who have never let me down, rather than trying prestige flowers.

I ordered some flowers for my girlfriend and they were absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Better than any other online company I’ve ever used. 4 weeks later and they’re still going strong…. Just amazing! Thank you!

I ordered my flowers for someone's 50th (Christmas day)as a suprise. The person was staying in the hotel over the Christmas and arrived there on Christmas eve. And flowers with the bottle of champagne and chocolate was supposed to arrive on Christmas eve. But unfortunately, the flowers were delivered 3 days prior (21st) and died by the Christmas eve. I understand it's a busy time, but the order was to go to the hotel, not somebody's house etc. why am I able to book a slot if it's not carried out. I didn't receive any tracking info not from prestige flowers or Royal mail, to at least advise hotel staff or someone else to look after them. Flowers are live and can't be just posted days prior and except they are going to survive. Customer service I spoke to was totally unhelpful and response was robotic and I was brushed off by T&C bla bla bla. As I said I couldn't know that they were delivered earlier. No refund, no flowers. Horrible attitude to customers and obviously no love to flowers or anyone who order or receive them. Just cashing in money.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 23 December. Paid for named day delivery. Tracking on 23rd showed that parcel was still sitting in a delivery hub in the midlands (and not in Aberdeen where they should have been delivered to) Finally delivered on 24th but intended recipient not in (funnily enough that’s why I chose a delivery date when she WOULD be around) Customer service is non existent. A series of emails with a time lag - all of which were unhelpful. And I do wonder where the supposed customer service is based as at one point they tried to tell me that Aberdeen was not on the uk mainland. Responding to my complaint by telling me this was inflammatory as was referring back to obscure clauses of T&Cs Bottom line seems to be that they will take your money for named day delivery but if they can’t deliver on the day you Odis god it’s not their fault. Feels like a breach of the Sale of Goods Act to me Astoundingly bad attitude and I will never use them again. Have now given up with their customer “service” and am proceeding with refund claim via my credit card company

Wonderful company! I have used them now several times for overseas gifts for my family. Everything is delivered on the day promised, and my family is always delighted with the beauty and quality of the flowers, hampers etc. So glad I found this company.

Ordered flowers to arrive next day, 5 days later they arrive, boxed up and without proper care. I contacted Prestige who want absolutely nothing to do with the issue. £60 down the drain for a bunch of dead flowers.

A very disappointing experience. Delivery was very late ( Christmas gifts which didn't arrive despite paying Next Day delivery) and withered, poor quality flowers. The other bouquet never arrived and I've endured a number of frustrating emails from customer service which were futile and inflammatory. They took no accountability and told me to refer to their terms and conditions regarding delivery. Eventually, they offered a replacement bouquet but refused to refund despite it not being delivered at all. (No choice) Unhelpful and disappointing after spending £60. I will not be using this company again. I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchase. Lesson learnt.

Very disappointed with the Christmas flowers ,the size of the bouquet for a medium was very small and very expensive for what it was .so disappointing for the gift I sent to a relative . I don’t think I will use this company again
