Received flowers on Wednesday 26.03 for my birthday as a big surprise from my husband while working from home. I was very disappointed with the freshness of the roses, white and pink -petals were crinkled and brown already. I cut the stems as you would do to refresh and assemble flowers into the vase. Next day 70%of the roses were wilted, I changed the water, cut the stems again. But unfortunately nothing could revive those. The only items survived in the bouquet were the greenery and freesias. It was a very very disappointing experience as we never order flowers to be delivered and this experience only proves us wright not to do so in the future. Thank you.

Had some Mother’s Day flowers delivered yesterday, totally disappointed with the product and quality of flowers that arrived. Some of which looked dead and choked from so much green leaf. Certainly wouldn’t waste my money again here.

My mother in law recieved her flowers and they were not a medium bunch by far really upset they looked awful for that price I expected so much better and second order not even recieved in time for Mother’s Day very upset will not be using this company ever again I will be requesting a full refund as it’s ruined our day

Ordered online for delivery on Mother’s Day and this was agreed and now been contacted to say courier will deliver 2 days later. Will not use again.

I would give 0 stars if possible..the flowers I had delivered were awful most were dead and too much greenery, nothing like the picture advertised. I ordered these for my mother for mothers day at a cost of £53, not worth £10, I've had to go to my local supermarket and pay again for more flowers as I can't give these to my mum, I won't be ordering again. Absolute unsatisfactory

Flowers arrived on time however a lot of the flowers were almost dead on arrival. My son would be gutted if he knew he had sent me dead flowers for Mothers Day. Will not use you again.

I am very disappointed in the flowers my mother got. The flowers look sad wilted a little. The bouquet is not full for the price I paid I expected more. I live in Canada and wanted to give my mom beautiful bouquet of flowers to show her I am thinking of her on Mother’s Day all way down here. I am extremely disappointed and upset that these are kinda flowers that was sent to her.

Arrived today for my mother forothers day.Not as lovely as they look on the photo. Quite sparse, small cream tea hamper to accompany the flowers and a very flimsy mother's day card. Wouldnt stand up on its own. Will choose supermarket next time.

Very poor service, ordered flowers but their site crashed so re ordered, however charged me for 2 bouquets at £92 and refused to cancel one even though there was 2 full days to cancel. I was told it wasn’t possible. Absolute Rip off don’t use them I won’t be using them again

5 roses and 2 Lillie's. Didn't look anything like on the picture. I could of got a better bunch from asda for £10. I'm so gutted that I spent £36 on these flowers. They look pathetic compared to the image. I won't buy from prestige flowers again it's just not good value for money. Gutted and not what I expected.
