Flowers were delivered on time but some liked like they were already dying/dead so had to throw them away. Complete waste of money.

I ordered flowers for my 93 year old mother at her care home, to be delivered on Friday 28th March, but they weren't delivered until today, Saturday 29th March! I'm really disappointed as previous deliveries from your company have ALWAYS been delivered on time. I shall think twice before ordering from you again.

Hate to think what size would have arrived if I hadn’t gone up a size. £35 + delivery (£6) for 14 flowers, not impressed. Lets hope they last.

Disappointed with Mother’s Day flowers looks nothing like flowers advertised . There are five rose stems two Lillie’s and two leaf stems for £27.00 and another £6.00 for delivery..could have a beautiful large bouquet for £33.49 from a store .

Flowers were half dead and for the cost of them i think its discusting, there is about 8 flowers and lat is ment to be a large bunch, pettels of the roses were brown and lillys had brown marks over them, will never buy from here again, shouldnt advertise fresh flowers when there clearly not.

I was quite disappointed when I saw the flowers that were delivered. They did not look anything like the ones in the photograph and were quite wilted. They cost £34.48.Next time I will go directly to an independent florist or buy from a supermarket for better quality.

Flowers arrived super quick which was great however they looked nothing like they did in the photo. Flowers for mother’s day but instead looked like they were for a funeral. Spoke to customer service and they said they looked good enough

For a supposedly large bouquet they appear to be a small to medium bunch & as for quality there not very good Rose's look like there over a weekend old and the lillies look dilapidated, I have enclosed photos .

What can I say the flowers are absolutely stunning, delivery was so quick and on time, the flowers were carefully packaged and delivered with care. They are absolutely stunning I couldn’t be happier with how they have arrived.

Awful.... paid for 3 large sets of flowers, over £40 each and they were no better than 10 quid set from supermarket....absolutely shocking!!!!!

Whilst the flowers arrived on the day specified they absolutely did not look like what I ordered. Either flower type or size (I paid extra for “large”). I also ordered what seemed to come in a vase, but these did not. I paid £71 and my mum is very ill, so I am really disappointed.

I felt the size of the bouquet that was received was extremely inadequate considering the amount that it cost. I will definitely be looking for other options when it comes to ordering flowers online again.

Bought flowers that were delivered on the wrong day. Not only that but customer service was as expected same as they send to every one. WISH I’d read REVIEWS before I decided on Prestige. Looking forward to response from Tom he must be so sick of typing the same thing over and over again. Maybe the people who profit from the company should sit down and and start again. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be recommending to anyone. 👎👎
