A tiny bunch of flowers you would pay around £5 for in the supermarket and when they arrived they were discoloured and looked like they were dying. I would have been better off buying a bunch from the supermarket. I paid over £30 for the flowers and they look like they were a discounted, last min pickup from the supermarket rather than a £30 bouque I bought as a present. Massively disappointed.

We received our order today, very disappointed with the size of the bouquet for the price! I feel embarrassed to give these as a thank you gift which we all put in for, could have got a huge bouquet elsewhere for the price we paid!! don't be ripped of people!!

If I want my flowers delivered in a box, I would pick that option. Why is there nothing that explicitly says FLOWERS DELIVERED BY ROYAL MAIL?? I would have delivered them myself! Flowers looked half dead - nothing like on the picture. Fail.

Given the nature of our operations and the varying distances our bouquets travel, we have made it a priority to protect the delicate blooms during transit. Therefore, we have adopted the practice of delivering our bouquets in boxes. While we understand that the experience of receiving an open bouquet may be missed when it arrives in a box, we firmly believe that this method is essential to guarantee the lasting enjoyment of our floral arrangements. Absolutely disgraceful. The flowers turned up half dead looking nothing like the photo. And the customer service team are as shocking as the state of the flowers. I ended up buying a much nicer bouquet for a quarter of the price from Tesco!

The flowers that my friend received for her Birthday from me . I chose the medium bouquet of roses and lillies. It came with slimy tissue around the stem and the lillies probably won't open they are blackened and so are the roses. So really disappointed and won't recommend this company

My friend sent me the roses and lilies flowers and I feel so bad for her as they are definitely not what’s shown in pictures or on the website and definitely not worth what she paid for them. I tried to take a photo of the wilting flowers but surprise surprise couldn’t be uploaded after a few times of being told to try again I gave up . These flowers were only delivered a day ago and are nearly dead already. So I definitely would not recommend anyone to use this company

Very disappointed. Ordered pink sunshine bouquet and got catfished. Roses were not pink, they were white/green and where were the pink flowers? It was certainly missing the pink element and did not get what I expected in terms of description and value

The bouquet ordered for my Mums 70th delivered yesterday is disappointing… image on website does not reflect the number of stems delivered despite paying extra to upgrade to large. 4 each of tulip, carnation, roses and one tiny sprig of gypsophila. Given the price paid, would have been better off getting some from the local garage. Not disputing the quality the flowers are lovely but customer service reply with standard cut and paste responses and won’t acknowledge what the issue is. Have used Interflora for years will be going back to them

Very disappointing flowers didn’t look great when they arrived but thought they would perk up when trimmed WRONG looked dead and ready for the bin by day 6 apparently if you want to complain you must do this by day three but they only tell the sender this not the receipient so nothing they will do will never use this company!!!

BLOOMING HELL! Disappointing that such beautiful flowers are misrepresented and advertised. My selection of a very simple bouquet of tulips and gypsum has specific meaning as an expression of my gratitude and love to someone incredibly special. The most haphazard bunched up stems of tulips with a hint of gypsum was delivered. +ve's: delivered on time! Speedy response online to customer complaint! BUT! I remain completely infuriated and I AM NOT 100% SATISFIED! Both the service, experience and less-than-expertly-arranged flowers! I agree to pay for the cost price of the flowers, but expect a refund of the florist costs.

Absolutely! Shockingly bad I ordered what I thought was a beautiful bunch of roses and lilies medium size. What I got was six dead wilted roses and three lilies All I have been offered is another bunch of flowers I don't want/need another bunch of flowers. I want a refund and they are refusing

Flowers were nice but went with Prestige as offered next day delivery. Instead it took two days and missed the occasion they were required for. Wont use again unfortunately.

I have used prestige flowers many times now, sometimes very last minute. They have always delivered on time, everytime. I’ve referred many of my friends, and they all have had the same experience.
