I ordered the roses and lilies for my mum and when they turned up there was only 1 lily and the roses were on there way to dying.

Offered a specific day for delivery as you would expect. Also paid for morning delivery. Flowers didn't turn up, I asked for a refund, they refused saying the delivery will be made tomorrow. I said that's no good, the birthday is today. They still refuse a refund and state that they cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. Surely that's the essence of their business? Still not had a refund, not even for the extra money paid for a morning delivery. Terrible service.

I ordered a celebration bunch of flowers . The picture on line was beautiful and full . I ordered a vase at £4 and my total was over £35 so I expected a really nice bunch of flowers for £30 . I could have bought the same bunch from the garage up the road for £6 . I was very disappointed . Was and I actually had to apologise to my neighbour for how bad they were .

I ordered a large rose and lily bouquet- the illustration on the website showed a full bouquet with lots of flowers. The one we received only had 4 roses and 1 Lily stem AVOID AT ALL cost - absolutely NOT worth the money - I hate to think what you would get with a small or medium bouquet!

My husband sent me flowers For my 60th birthday. Well he paid more than £40 They were terrible The bouquet had 6 flowers Only 6 flowers . Absolutely terrible for the price You get lovely flowers in supermarkets for about 6.99 The flowers were terrible . Shocking

Not Happy. Ordered a large bouquet, when arrived looked like a small. Talked to customer services but was told this is the norm, will not be ordering again. Bad quality

Very dissapointing I ordered a large bouquet and received what looks like a very small one. Some flowers past their best. No flower food. Arrived in a box which is not said on the website. I would like my money back

Flowers were delivered late and when I opened the parcel Flowers were already withering . I have a door bell and the driver didn't even wait for me to say leave it with my neighbour. I am so disappointed having spent so much money on this selection.

Do not order from this company. Delivery arrived at 8:30pm on requested day . Terrible service and appalling customer service . No apology .

Absolutely gutted paid so much for flowers for them to look like I’ve bought them from local supermarket won’t ever be ordering again from here waste of money.

DO NOT order from here, flowers turn up nothing like the image. Very disappointing and you’d be better off going to Tesco. Not to mention after paying £8 for efficient delivery it did not come until a day later.

Poor quality of flowers show you completely something different to what they send flowers are all brown you can tell they’re not fresh flowers. I was very disappointed and embarrassed as they were sent to a friend as a birthday present. Customer service is also very bad not helpful at all.

Very poor, the flowers arrived crammed into a very small box, and once taken out they looked like they were 4 weeks old. The picture of the flowers on the website that I chose for my wife looked so nice but in realty what came was a real disappointment. Looks like prestige flowers have just lost another customer.

Dry anorexic flowers and the lilies are closed - the whole presentation was so displeasing to the eye. Will never order again. I mean the handful flowers that you could see looked half dead.
