I do like your flowers, i have ordered form you in the past but...... on this occasion I placed an order for the March Bouquet medium at £24.99 and then at the checkout I paid £36.48. Not quite sure how that happened. therefore I will not be buying from you again. sorry.

My mother was overjoyed with receiving these beautiful flowers on the Saturday before mothers day, but the following day all the roses had drooped. She was most disappointed and called me to say so. The lillies have not come out yet so there's still some hope.... 🤞

The customer service for this company is a complete shambles. Avoid if at all possible. The delivery date given and the delivery date were 11days apart. And even then part of the hamper was missing after having paid extra for the ad ons. Tried contacting them numerous times to no avail . Will not be returning. Extremely poor service. No comeback for customers who need return or refund, as for the price, is wasn't cheap either but definitely was not worth the money .

Speed and ease of service is great - has been for years but this time the actual flowers are really subpar. Not often dear old mum complains but she is a little disappointed. The heads of three roses are drooping already (delivered Sat Mar 9 - now Tues Mar 12). Definitely not what the website picture showed. Reading some of the recent reviews it looks like I am not alone.

My son ordered flowers for Mothers day a week in advance and although there is a get out clause that it may not be delivered on day I feel Mother's Day is advertised well in advance . A company that should expect more business at this particular time would be prepared well in advance re on time delivery. I personally would prefer a day earlier than a day late but dont think either should happen on this DAY. The product in itself was lovely but expensive especially with the poor service. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered days ahead of the delivery date (the delivery date was Mother's Day) but the gifts, not just flowers, did not arrive. At the time of writing this Mother's Day was two days ago and the order still isn't with my Mum. I received no updates and am now waiting to hear back from Customer Services. I paid a lot of money for poor service. Ultimately I'm out of pocket but my Mum received nothing for Mother's Day and if it turns up now it will likely not be in great condition.

Ordered flowers and chocolates for mother's day, 7 days in advance. Items arrived a day later than stated. No tracking notice received to say they would not arrive on time or that the had arrived. Would not use this company again.

I ordered the neutral mix for Mother's Day and was really let down with what my mum recieved. They were delivered at a decent time and my mum appreciated the thought, however, there seems to be barely any flowers in the bouquet compared to what was shown on the website and some of the flowers arrived already wilting. I know I could have got a bunch that was much cheaper and fresher from a supermarket. The chocolates didn't disappoint at least. I probably wouldn't order from this site again.

Received a bunch today and can honestly really disappointed - 5 roses and 2 Lillie's the rest was twigs full of leaves. For the amount of money it cost it was certainly waste of money.

I ordered a first bouquet last novembre which was lovely with very fresh flower (over£50) so I thought i would order again this time for a birthday. It almost cot me £40 but this time I didn’t even recognised my order . (Received Saturday, I’ve seen my friend on Monday) there was 2 stems of lilies and 3 poor white roses starting to go brown. Not really what was expected for a medium bouquet. The picture is the one shown on the website.

Not impressed, recieved my Mothers Day flowers at 5.45pm , 6 roses & 2 Lillie’s not looking that fresh, hate to think my son spent his hard earn’t money on these!! It annoys me that flower companies send out flowers like this, it seems to be a question of pack them up and send them out, and collect the money, no real care or value for money!!

After receiving my basket of flowers from my son who lives in Singapore I was very disappointed with them they seemed to be boxed well but it wasn’t just a bit of soil fell out the plants had moved and I had to put three of them back in the planter it’s not a complaint but I do think maybe delivery needs to be looked at

I ordered flowers for my nan and for my mother in law paid £5.99 delivery did not arrive the day I selected not happy at all and the other ones I ordered and paid £57 for was 7 roses that looked like they was not fresh very poor service I used these in past and wasn’t the nicest of flowers but they apologised and said they pride on there good products so tried again but would never ever recommend or use this is second time now they’ve charged £57 plus £5.99 delivery for flowers that you could buy for £3 in local shop very disappointing

I have used your company a few times but this time I was not impressed with what was received. The first picture is what I ordered (country Garden)and the second picture is what was received. I paid £35 plus delivery for this bunch of flowers and could have got a lot better in a supermarket for 1/3 of the price. I am not impressed!

Flowers ordered for my mum Mother's Day arrived half dead. Leave were dry and dead and flowers wilting. I was very surprised when my Dad told me of their condition as I have used your company many times and never had an issue. Luckily my mum was just very grateful for the gesture! Order number 7781185

I ordered these flowers for my mum's birthday and they haven't last long.... my mum had received another bouquet of flowers from a different company and they lasted longer and they were cheaper.... I paid alot for these flowers I don't expect them to last 3 days and start dying

5 roses with 2 stems of Lilly doesn't make much of a display and two roses are already wilted in less than 24 hours. Supermarkets provide better bouquets and are much cheaper. Sent to mum by my brother for Mothers Day. Nothing like what he usually sends, he will not be happy!
