Delivered on time, but the wrong size bouquet sent by the florist which was a disappointment. Prestige refunded the price difference, but no other offer.

The royal mail delivered the flowers almost at 19h grrrr and the flowers look old not fresh, bad service never again.

They organise their own round for deliveries and we have no control over this. We do apologise for any disappointment or upset caused by this. So far so good, easy website to navigate and has a great selection of flowers and add-ons. Hopefully Mum and Dad will love the flowers.

I have used your service in the past and been very happy with the service, which is why I chose to order from you again, unfortunately I can't say I will do so in the future!!! I ordered flowers and champagne and a personalised card for my sister's 60th anniversary, even though ordered in advance my items were not delivered on my chosen day, but eventually turned up a day later, after the event. I was extremely disappointed as I couldn't be there in person, and hoped my gift would be of some comfort to my sister and brother in-law on their special day.

Stick with interflora, this company is a joke, turned up a day late with most of the flowers half dead, I wasted over £70 on flowers that didn’t even arrive in time for my wife’s birthday AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really unhappy with the product I'm afraid. Please refer to picture. This according to there website is a discounted from £50 odd pounds bunch of Sympathy flowers, I think I could if got a better bunch of flowers for £10 from my local services. I wouldn't have necessarily minded but these are for a recent bereavement, hate to think what a small bunch for £30 odd would of got you!!

Beautiful flowers, gift sent to my mom for my nans birthday as is no longer with us, sent as a suprise.Mom phoned me said smell was divine could smell the roses and freesias before she even opened the box and said house smelt gorgeous and was really happy with the flowers. I ordered on Wednesday half past 2 and was delivered Thursday half 9 in morning. 10 out of 10. Definitely buy from here again and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much.

This is my first order with Prestige flowers and they are to be delivered on Saturday. The web site looks lovely and I hope that the flowers I chose for my daughter-in law's birthday are as beautiful as they look in the photo. Will let you know after they are received.

I have used Prestige Flowers for a while now and will not use anyone else! Fast deliveries, beautiful flowers and if we have had any issues they have been sorted straight away. Fairly priced products, a nice selection to choose from and many many extras to pick as well.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. Got confirmation that they would be delivered by 3pm on said day. Today I got a notification to say they would be delivered by 7pm today. Will never order from Presige Flowers again.

Absolutely awful experience for my first time ordering off here. I spent time picking the right bouquet.. ordered sunflowers with pink roses.. they got delivered and my friend sent me a picture and they're just bog standard white roses!? absolute disgrace. when i spoke to the customer service, they said they try to match the picture on the website however sometimes the flowers are not available... i had no white roses on the bunch i picked so how is that similar? will not be using this site ever again. You order something and expect it to be like the photo and its completely different.

10 out of 10. ordered Wednesday afternoon arrived Thursday 9am, gift for mom rang me was in love with them said gorgeous flowers and smell was divine, could smell roses and freesias before she even opened the box said house smelt amazing from smell from flowers. Very pleased and happy she loved them, pleased with fast delivery and beautiful flowers I ordered the roses and freesia bouquet. x

Most unhappy. Not because of the flowers - which will apparently arrive a day late - but because the promise was fir delivery on a person's 70th birthday, confirmed by Royal Mail and then not completed. Flowers now a day older. Stuck in a box and there is only one 70th birthday. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY
