Apparently this is what £40 gets you. Not even remotely close to the example shown on the website. Mostly leaves and a fraction of the size which was expected. The only thing that came as advertised was the before 1pm delivery. I'm really not one to complain or write reviews, but I'm incredibly unhappy with what was supposed to be a nice birthday surprise for my wife. A huge let down.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday . They were not at home and so royal mail are attempting to deliver tomorrow. Using a courier that does not just leave on the doorstep or with a neighbour so you don't get your flowers in the right day is poor customer service. When I rang up to get the order cancelled so I could try again I was told no refunds . Very poor

If you live in Scotland don’t use this company as all areas are classified as hard to reach. I ordered flowers in plenty of time for my friends birthday, the flowers arrived the following day but, only after Royal Mail said they had attempted delivery that no one as in, which was untrue, no card left. My friends husband had to go to delivery office to get them. Totally unsatisfactory. Customer Services were very unhelpful and follow a very strict t @ c did you read it. Stay clear.

Terrible service. Birthday Flowers attempted for delivery at 7pm on a Thursday Royal Mail offered only Monday as next date Prestige customer service. Not interested. Do not use this outfit. They are not interested in the customer.

Thank you SO much for the great service! Speedy next day delivery and the recipient was really happy with the flowers, wine and chocolates. It was a gift of thanks to them for getting us out of a fix. Some of the negative reviews made me a bit wary but they most certainly don’t reflect my own experience. I will definitely use Prestige again.

Awful! I'm very unhappy with these flowers which I ordered for my friend in medium size. What she received looked like a small bouquet from Tesco worth no more than £5. This was my first time ordering from Prestige and I'm beyond disappointed.

Next day delivery is blatantly not true. Flowers out for delivery… sitting in a van somewhere. Won’t be using again.

Wanted to send flowers to Germany, so clicked International then Germany. Screen showed three or four bouquets, chose the third one and prepared an order. Eventually after choosing extras and inserting greetings text and my name and details, an error message popped up saying this selection was "not available" in Germany. I opened a chat window to ask why, and entered the details. The reply was that no agents were available, and that my enquiry would be dealt with in due course. Over the next few days I noticed that there was no way to enter an address in Germany. The problem seems to be in the order process - whichever country you choose gets quickly forgotten and 'not available' flowers are offered. Having chosen again, the process wanted an address. so I entered my own address, and reached the payment stage where I noticed it had decided to send the flowers to me. Having explained the situation in several more chat messages, that they should just choose anything without lilies, to be delivered to Germany in time for a birhday few days later, a reply came from L saying "I have arranged this for you as per request". Hope was crushed when there was no follow-up email with tracking details; even worse the flowers did not arrive on the required day, or the next day. A refund was offered so I'll try to get that. Meanwhile the web logic needs to be rewritten for the Interflora business. Very annoyed, and very disappointed. I sent the flowers through euroflorist.de, another online shop, without fuss.

AWFUL COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT USE!! Placed an order only to receive rotting flowers! When I contacted the customer service team they informed me they could not process a full refund as the flowers were delivered, even though they were rotting. I spoke to the supervisors Aaron who was completely unhelpful.

We ordered beautiful flowers with a Congratulations card from the USA to arrive in the UK 3 days later. The product choice was outstanding but we needed to check something with customer service, who went above and beyond to assist us. The flowers we chose were wonderful for a celebration and we also recorded a personal video message which was so much fun and added a personal touch. We will definitely recommend and use this site again.

Wt* is this? Why did I pay over £40 for flowers that look like my local Lidls £2.99? I even paid extra so they can include more. I’m extremely disappointed and should have looked at the reviews first before buying. Never again!

I payed for the medium upgrade and sorry to say that if this is medium than im not sure what the standard is. Must of been an extra flower. I payed for an afternoon tea that was fine .

Not very happy with the 'large' bunch that was ordered for an extra £10 along with the recipient having to peal off the outer brown petals on the roses When I raised this it was thought that the bunch was of correct size and 'good quality'... I tend to disagree Won't be ordering from here again

Absolutely useless company I ordered 3 different flowers for my mum funeral 2 turned up and wasn’t at all like pics on wedsite and the 3rd bunch didn’t even turn up at all. And company still want me to pay for something I didn’t receive. I will definitely not be using the company again. And I would be very careful when ordering from this company. Absolutely Useless
