“Fantastic customer support and service from George and Joe. I realise I am just one of many random online purchasers, however when I reached out to PTT for assistance following an ad hoc online purchase with them I got exceptional service. Had an issue, got a fast, friendly and polite reply followed up with proactively sending me a video clip of a solution.
