“Ordered trims and were dispatched the same day. Slight delay in delivery which was totally out with their control but contacted me and kept me up to date with the delivery. Excellent company to deal with”

“Very pleased with this company, there was an issue with the courier and someone from PTT called me to apologise and has sorted everything in under 10 minutes. I remember when nearly all companies were like this so it is refreshing to find a company that does actually care what happens after payment and order completion. I will be using them again for my next tiling job.”

“The order was promptly dispatched but unfortunately was not delivered by the courier. A replacement was provided by Premium with an overnight delivery level. The delivery charge was high for the small order I made, but it was excellently packed.”
