“Very impressed with their customer service. Having visited their site in Reading, not only was I offered a discount on my purchase, but a minor mod to my trolley was done in order to ensure that it continued to function well. When this trolley finally needs replacing, I am very likely to buy another Powerbug - it is significantly lighter than other makes, but still robust.”

“Powerbug themselves are an excellent company to deal with. Very responsive and very helpful. My recent order was delivered promptly. The only downside was the courier, Evri, who left the parcel out in the rain on my doorstep for several hours till I got home. Luckily the order was for tray inserts which are waterproof. It might have been a different story for a battery etc. I suggest they use a better courier as Evri or Hermes as they used to be known has a dreadful reputation”

“I am very happy with the service offered by PowerBug. I am just a little disappointed with the boot caddy and trolley caddy which I have bought. I thought the boot caddy had all rigid sides which would make it much easier to load the trolley/other items into. As for the trolley caddy, it doesn't seem to sit quite as well as I would like on my PowerBug electric trolley - but maybe I am just being a bit dozey! As for the trolley itself - it is great and I sing it's praises.”

“Great value for money and excellent customer service. Only negative is that the handle is small which gives it a sturdy structure but more difficult to manoeuvre left or right than its competitors. No regrets”

“I recently bought and fitted a anti clog front wheel it is anti clog but not anti stick they collect the mud up to the bottom of the bag and smear it all over it roll on summer”

“Received the battery very quickly but disappointed to pay an extra 20% for duties etc to get delivery in France. I understand that this is because the battery is not made in the UK.”

“Staff very helpful and didn't didn't try to badger me into buying, but, I'm very glad I bought one. Vert easy to set up and delivered earlier than promised. Have used several times now and copes well no matter what terrain. Would definitely recommend against the Big players in the market any day!”
