“Recentl had an issue with my 1 year old trolley, and apart from the issue of having to return it for repair, Christian in the tech services department was very helpful in solving the issue and returning the trolley back to me with a very fast turn round. Good service.”

“This is my second PowerBug trolley and based on my experience with the last one a GT 7 I decided to purchase this one as The GT7 was 11 years old and I didn't know how much longer the battery would last. I am pleased with my purchase however one aspect of the new one is that the elastic securing straps are quite hard to fix onto the frame. I am using the same bag as before. The brackets on the NX appear to be shorter across and/or the elastic strap is shorter. Trying to pull the strap and fix it to the trolley is difficult especially the bottom one. Also I await your instructions for shipping my GT7 which has to be sent to you. Alan Nelson”

“Great delivery from Powerbug on all items I have purchased. 4 stars is for the Winter Anti-Clog Dual Front Wheel Assembly. They work fine but have a few drawbacks. They are noisey and the mud from the wheels ends up on your bag instead of clogging up the wheel assembly. Also, there were no fitting instructions and the unit only had starter holes for screwing into as opposed to pre-drilled holes. If you don't get the screws in correctly then the wheels won't run flat with the back wheels and they will twist the frame. Room for improvement although these are for the older models now. After all that I am still glad I purchased them.”

“The original service was very efficient when buying my Hedgehog wheels. I did have an issue with one wheel after a few months where it would not lock onto the shaft, however, the item was replaced immediately. Good service.”

“Great service as always from PowerBug. I purchased the nx lithium trolley and although I have only used it once it performed perfectly. Folds up nicely, especially when you invert the wheels. Only problem I have is that my umbrella holder does not fit properly, unlike on my old PowerBug trolley. But overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase.”

“The powerbug NX I bought is a lovely trolley and good for its price. One thing that has disappointed me, and is a constant irritant, is that when it is folded up to put in my car it takes up much more space than my old powerbug did. Vertically, it requires me to remove the back shelf of the car whereas the older one folded down much flatter and slipped under the shelf easily. Compared to the latest motorcaddy this folding size is again not as good. However, the trolley is still significantly cheaper and of good quality.”
