“Very happy with all the help I had to purchase one of your power bugs . Unfortunately I am not the best at opening attachments so your support team were brilliant and sent me a form direct to my phone and made it easy for me . On receiving my powerbug ther was no battery charger no score card holder and no umbrella holder one phone call and this was all resolved so very grateful and can't wait to show it off”

Hi Jennifer, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Lead Acid battery. All of our Lead Acid batteries are equipped with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Any failures within this 12 months you are covered under the warranty and a replacement will be arranged free of charge. For batteries with a longer life span and warranty period I would suggest taking a look at our Lithium battery. Not only does our Lithium battery feature the best warranty terms (5 years) but it is also the smallest and lightest on the market! Kind Regards, PowerBug

“I have just bought a lithium battery and two upgrade bag brackets. Delivered quickly but there is no explanation of how to get the fastening pins/bolts out. I am an engineer and have come across most fixings, the on my old power bug trolley have me totally foxed.”
