“Whilst I've not used the GT7 trolley yet, I must say the service & delivery has been excellent. I was most impressed with the 5 year warranty - which hopefully I will not need to call on! This will be my first time Lithium, having previously enjoyed the PB acid battery version, so it will be interesting to compare performance. Looking fwd to my next game!”

“Having signed up to the offers section of the website, a representative from the company sent me details of a reasonable offer with a number to call if I was interested. After a couple of phone calls, a purchase was made and our new GT7 was delivered a couple of days later. On unpacking the trolley and having read the user instructions (which come on a USB) it was found to put up and take down very easily and the Lithium battery is extremely compact and light. Very pleasant customer service and so far, no complaints whatsoever.”

“Received my Powerbug GT 7 plus, disappointed that the uv facility is not now included as advertised on the web site but only available at a added cost accessory with no reduction in the purchase price. This is notified only as a leaflet slipped into the operating manual.”

“An email you sent me said your latest trolley had an improved on/off/speed control switch, but your web site was unclear as to whether it could be fitted to my 2011 model. I visited your workshop, and was told it could be fitted, and you did so. I paid £30 quite happily, and it has proved to be easier to use, Afterwards I remembered that he man who fitted it said he had replaced this switch on a large number of your trolleys, and this made me think that possibly you were admitting there was a design fault, and should therefore have replaced it free of charge.”

“Waiting for it to rain before I can say Very Good as we bought bag covers. Overall been happy with the service unfortunately the trolley I bought in March 15 was a "Friday" afternoon job. A few months ago the battery died, love the tiny lithium replacement . Unfortunately the trolley died last week and is with you to repair thank goodness for the 5 year warranty John Gibbs”
