We are sorry for the delay with your order. This was a transaction based outside of mainland UK and we have to rely upon outside sources to help customers requiring spare parts in areas not covered by our extensive network of European distributors. The delay was frustrating however we understand the delivery has now been made and hope that your replacement battery will deliver many more years of service. “I ordered a PowerBug GT Trolley and accessories bundle late evening Thursday and received Monday Lunchtime. I have not had an opportunity to use the trolley but it presents as being well designed and robust. I am hoping that I will enjoy several years of trouble free use of the trolley. I play 2 or 3 times per week so I am hoping that by following the user manual and battery do's and don'ts that I get an extended life from both the trolley and the lithium PowerBug battery.”

“The order was eventually processed in good time ( I actually rang one day to order but was told that the man who took the orders was busy but he would ring me back.This did not happen so I rang the following day and everything went very well. The bag was delivered within a couple of days.”
