“Bought my GT3 in June 2016. Had a problem with it last month and thought battery had died. Took it to their offices and they saw me immediately. 15 minutes later was out the door with a new power cylinder and a working trolley. Even better - covered fully under warranty without question! Great service backing up a good trolley which undercuts competition on price and weight.”

“Excellent website and very good customer service. I bought a replacement hinge when the handle of my electric collapsed. With the help of the excellent tutorial on the website I slowly but surely did a DIY job. Not bad for a 68 year old woman!”

We are sorry that you feel this was however £4.50 does not cover just postage although postage, which is out of our control, does make up a larger proportion of the cost. It also covers picking, packing and materials used in the process of despatching product from us to you. All orders over £50.00 are delivered free as advertised to you before you placed your order.

This is because you purchased the product from another company......not PowerBug. We can not dictate to other retailers what product they offer and at what price they sell it for. If you purchase product from the official PowerBug web site, you will always receive exactly what you ordered and sometimes, and as a sign of appreciation, a little more!

“Excellent customer service. A new front wheel was fitted for me in a trice and some loose screws replaced without me even asking. Just a pity that I needed a new wheel at all, this being the second one (in about ten years) on which the bearings have gone.”
