“I had a good idea of what spare part that I required, so a quick call to the spares department confirmed this, very nice very helpful. I ordered a replacement axle gearbox on line Monday night, order acknowledgement came in Tuesday morning and an email followed Tuesday evening to confirm that the item had been despatched. The item was delivered at noon Wednesday and I had fitted it and completed the repair by 1pm. My power bug golf trolley has been terrific value for money and spare parts are easily available and at a reasonable price and with service like this you cant go wrong. thank you all for terrific service. until the next time I need your services! phil”

“I decided that my previous buggy (also Powerbug) purchased in 2010 needed to be replaced. I looked at different options but decided a new Powerbug buggy with lithium battery was the best option. The main reasons I went for the same make were that:- My previous buggy had served me well. The price of new buggy at £399 with 5 year warranty on buggy and battery was good value. they offered me £40 money back on old caddy. I was also very impressed with the way may call was handled and speed of delivery (next day). Now I have the new buggy I am very pleased with it and glad I chose Powerbug.”

“I have just replaced my old Sports Digital Black Standard trolley with a super new GT7 Lithium machine, I liked the old machine but I like the new machine even more. If anyone is thinking about purchasing a new Lithium trolley I would definitely recommend a Power Bug.”

“Ordered cart bracket upgrade for sport x trolley after speaking to a technical support advisor who was very helpful. Item arrived quickly and in good condition. Overall very good service, only downside was that the brackets arrived with no fitting instructions. I'm not sure if it matters which way round they go but an indication of top and bottom would've helped.”

“Helpful technical team in narrowing down which design of motor was needed, easy to order, delivered very promptly (~48 hrs) and fitted in less than 30 minutes. It's the second powerbug motor that has got itself badly gummed-up inside and required replacement but I suspect it isn't their part but is bought in. Let's hope the new one performs correctly PH, Bucks”
