“I had a problem with the battery on my golf trolley. Under the terms of the warranty it was returned for testing and found to be faulty. There was a no quibble replacement offered. I opted to have an upgrade and Powerbug sorted out a deal whereby I only paid the difference for the new battery plus they threw in a few accessories . This was duly delivered the following day. The whole process was quick, easy and hassle free.”

“The ordering process was very simple, and the trolley was delivered extremely quickly. I have tested the trolley and I could not be happier. Feedback on the USB: this did not work very well for me. I eventually got it to work, but then the manual on the USB was unreadable, even when I copied it on to my PC. However I was able to get the manual from the website so all ok.”

“Very pleased with the Powabug GT Plus Lithium trolley (purchased 05/04/18). Only little gripe was that on the USB the manual does not mention the display and how to change settings on it. Eventually found the proper manual on the Resource page of website.”

“I’ve been using PowerBug for a few years now. In April 2017 I purchased two electric trolley batteries and have used both intermittently, however one of them very recently stopped holding its charge. I rang PowerBug to check the length of warranty to be told that the 12 months had expired the day before. Before I could say anything I was told that they would immediately replace the faulty battery without charge (no pun intended) and I paid the £10 postage. Thank you and we’ll done PowerBug. Excellent service.”

“I haven't tested out on the course yet but it looks well put together and finished off nicely. I would have liked a strap included for securing my own lithium battery and there is a very high pitched sound coming from the motor/controller when operating, hopefully this will not be noticeable out on the course.”

“There where no instructions , only a usb stick offering instructions and registration details , I have on pc or laptop !!! When assembling the trolley the centre hinge I have to push the cable in with my finger as the hinge won’t close , The bag you offered is not waterproof , played my first round Saturday every pocket was full of water everything inside was either wet or ruined As we play in the uk climate a bag that is not waterproof is almost useless if you advertised it as not waterproof I would have taken the the accessory package Lots of members at the club showed interest in my new trolley It’s difficult to give positive feedback for a very expensive item That has yet to live upto it’s claims”

Hello Bryan - The manuals are in digital format as standard however after listening to customer feedback we have decided to re-introduce the paper versions again. Please contact the team on 01753 857 838 and they will be more than happy to send out a printed version of the manual free of charge. The bag is not advertised as Waterproof but as Lightweight, we do offer a Waterproof bag on our website that would have been more suitable for yourself if waterproof material was essential.
