“This is my second PowerBug trolley and based on my experience with the last one a GT 7 I decided to purchase this one as The GT7 was 11 years old and I didn't know how much longer the battery would last. I am pleased with my purchase however one aspect of the new one is that the elastic securing straps are quite hard to fix onto the frame. I am using the same bag as before. The brackets on the NX appear to be shorter across and/or the elastic strap is shorter. Trying to pull the strap and fix it to the trolley is difficult especially the bottom one. Also I await your instructions for shipping my GT7 which has to be sent to you. Alan Nelson”

“I had a problem with my trolley; a call to Christian diagnosed it as water ingress in a cable connection. I needed the trolley urgently, so I dropped it off with him and he sorted the issue within an hour, fitting me into his busy schedule. Could not be more happy with the customer service provided.”
