“Bought the cart bag rain cover and although I haven't used it yet I think it is a very good design. The cover is very easy and quick to get on the bag in a downpour with ample room for fully packed side pockets. The only criticism is the upper straps could be a bit more extendable to further improve the fitting process.”

“My battery stopped working, I rang PowerBug and their pleasant sales guy suggested it was the charger that was the issue. A replacement arrived very quickly and it is now working. Thank you PowerBug for efficiency!”

“Very happy with my purchase. Trolley is very robust and responsive. Particularly like the DHC which saves my back a lot of strain. Delivery was quick, happy with my px offer and the few small issues I had were dealt with efficiently. Would recommend to others.”

“Just before the2 year warranty ran out, I became aware of a connection problem between the battery and the base of the Bug. This caused an occaisional loss of power. I phoned Powerbug who were most helpful and after supplying all the relevant numbers very quickly dispatched a new base part. I was advised it was quite easy to change and as a non mechanical person I was able to remove and replace with no special tools and some commonsense the faulty part. All good now and the Bug continues to be an excellant product at a reasonanble price. I am happy to reccomend the product and the back up service”
