“The buying experience was fine, but delivery a bit of a pain. Thought from your web site was going to be delivered by parcel force but was sent ups . They tried to deliver next day but just left a chit saying not left & would be returned to supplier after 3 attempts. So rang ups, on phone for 35 mins before I got to speak to someone. Finally arranged with them that it would be delivered to my parents as I thought next day but it then took 2 days to get to them & unfortunately they had waited in on the day it didn't turn up.”

“I have only used my trolley once but was very pleased with it, easy to use, the light battery is a delight to use. However, I am not so happy with the bag, or rather the zips. I now am on my 3rd one and this morning as I was changing the stuff the zip opened. I think you need to investigate the supply. Having said all that the trolley is much more important and I am delighted with it. Luisa Meftah”

“As I only purchased my 'PowerBug' earlier this year, I was surprised (and disappointed) by a couple of findings; 1) As the wheel base is quite narrow, the trolley has a tendency to tip-over sideways when you are playing on the side of a hill, which most Golf courses have. 2) I found the sliding of the GPS holding sides very difficult to operate and also very fragile, hence me having to buy (replace) a new one as a result of one of the holding sides breaking. Otherwise it appears to be a well manufactured unit.”

“Easy to order from the website.I emailed Power Bug to find out who the carrier was and got a quick response within 2hrs from them to let me know at the details. Good Customer service. only on thing I bought the conversion kit to convert my battery tray for the smaller battery but there was no instuctions how to attach it.”

“It would have helped if there had been fitting instructions included in the pack I assumed the controller was complete but had to pull the old one apart and fit the new one to half of the old one, took about an hour to figure this out!”

“Once the trolley was with you, the service was good. I did feel that demanding a client to buy a box to transport a trolley back whilst under guarantee is not the greatest PR move. It didn't happen when a previous trolley was recalled. It doesn't compare well with rival companies that sent a replacement trolley to my son whilst the 1st one was away on repair, thus utilising the box issue and minimising any disruption to the client. I can perhaps understand requesting purchase if a trolley is out of guarantee, but might it not be a smart move for you to recommend retention of the box when purchased, to cover this eventuality? I am sure it could be worded in a positive way without being detrimental to the purchase. If I am forced to buy a box, then I would think that you are obliged to send a new product under the trade descriptions Act, not a skanky, old, battered, box that has the polystyrene interior broken? Follow up service has been good though, as before with any issues. We have had a number of trolleys over the years as 3 of us play golf regularly.”
