“I had to purchase this battery due to replacement battery which failed This battery was sent out at the end of January 2019 this was due to my battery failing after just over 2 years this one had a 3 yrs warranty”

“Ordered 2 units that included 3 accessories. One of the accessory was not included without any explanation. After calling customer service, it was explained that the accessory in question was backordered, never received an email or a note with the delivery. One of the unit motor is making sound noise, will contact customer service.”

An incorrect e mail address logged onto our system meant that the customer did not receive the back order situation We have rectified this now and comms are flowing Happy to report that all product has been delivered and the motor is running fine!

“Ordered replacement Hurricana battery charger. It arrived neatly packaged 2 days later (no waste packaging) and workd perfectly as expected. Excellent service and products but I feel the price of the charger is a bit steep.”
