“Have had a Bug for 5+ years now and goes on round after round. Had an issue early on with the lead acid battery in it’s first year but did a deal on the mini lithium which will do 27 holes if you need to. Have bought a number of accessories over the years, always good value. After sales service is excellent, had a charger issue got a new one within 48 hours again got a loyalty price. Developed a speed control issue last week, spoke to service department who identified and gave solution to the problem over the phone Bug is fixed. Product and Customer Service excellent.”

“Recently bought an umbrella holder for my GTX1. The bolt that came with the kit was the wrong size (8mm instead of 10mm). I sent pictures 3 times to explain but they never received them (why they couldn't believe me I don't know). Eventually, they sent me a 10mm bolt and now all is well. I paid for next day delivery but it took them 3 days to sort it out. Customer service could have been better, thought I might have received an apology.”
