Very impressed with their customer service. Having visited their site in Reading, not only was I offered a discount on my purchase, but a minor mod to my trolley was done in order to ensure that it continued to function well. When this trolley finally needs replacing, I am very likely to buy another Powerbug - it is significantly lighter than other makes, but still robust.
