“I had a couple of issues with my trolley and wasn't able to be sorted by the store I purchased from so went direct to PowerBug and I have to say the service was first class, empty box is sent for package back to them, and trolley was returned in full working order, in fact it works better than ever. Would have no worries in highly recommending them.”

“Very happy with the trolley, only 1 small issue and that is the user manual says there is an on/off switch but this does not exist so it was a little confusing trying to calibrate my battery”

“Contact with Powerbug easy to establish and subsequent information and eventual order placing very efficient. Trolley works well. There were no operating instructions in the delivery box. I copied them from their website. The battery tray insert is of the wrong dimensions but my battery locates onto the battery tray. Overall very good value for money.”

“Delivered on time.... orderEd the accessories pack but doesn’t shut with scorecard holder on so have to take it off first. Everyone has commented on how small the battery is..... waited a long time to buy my first electric trolley and I can say it’s excellent 👍”
