Until now my order gift was'nt delivered to my boyfriend in germany, I ordered it last december 2023.whaen I tracked it they said it was undelivered because of some mistakes in recipient address, and your company said once returned you will delivered it again, it takes long and i don'think you take acrion about it, even contacting to the courrier i think you never try it

Item still not received (over 3 weeks since ordered) therefore unable to comment on the quality of the items. Disappointed as was a birthday present for my friend and the website was clear that shipping internationally was not a problem. Substantial shipping costs as well (approximately £15) which is fine if you actually get your items, but frustrating when you don’t!

Item received a week early therefore surprise ruined. However I did receive a prompt response to my complaint and the offer of a reduction to any future purchase

The parcel was sent to me not to the person I was sending it but to. When I placed the order I checked that the receivers address was in the right place.

Unfortunately my gift hasn't been delivered and I ordered it over 2 weeks ago. I know there are problems with Royal Mail but when I tried to contact you for information I haven't received a response so I don't know the status of my order or when it will be delivered.

The order was very delayed and the tracking was terrible. However, the items were in good condition when they arrived and they wee as expected. Would suggest changing the shipping company.

Still awaiting arrival of the socks I ordered so was not able to give them to my son in law for his birthday, very disappointing.

The message I wrote wasn't delivered with the gifts. I'm 100% sure I filled out the part of the form asking for a message to accompany the gifts. When I wrote and complained afterwards the person who replied was adamant it wasn't their fault.

Our system is completely automated and shows no gift added to the order - so something must have gone wrong with the system and we will certainly look into it. A bit disappointing overall. The value was lacking. Beware, if you order multiple gift boxes, they all get shipped in a single box. Then, you will have to sort and gift wrap them yourself. Plus you only get a single "note" for the entire lot. There was no obvious indication of this while ordering.

I was super excited to find a company that would send gifts overseas. I sent a box to Spain and unfortunately it got caught in customs for a few days, so took a week to arrive - but what was frustrating was that the sender was listed as Derek and my gift card wasn't included... so the person that I sent it to, had no idea who it was from... It really took the joy away from giving the gift.

Hi Ann, I am sorry your gift took exactly a week to arrive. Some gifts to EU countries are sometimes taking longer than estimated as warned on our website - I can see from the tracking that yours took 7 days which is actual in the estimate of 5 working days as unfortunaley the weekend isn't considered a wroking day. The postage option you selected is as follows: 'International Tracked (3-5 working days, no customs fees, delays currently occurring) '. I am sorry if you didn't notice the 'delays currently occuring' part of it. We should make this as a pop-up but are having difficulty implementing it! I hope the recipient liked their gift despite it arriving later than expected. Best wishes, Liza

Unfortunately even though I paid £10 for postage to make sure it was delivered in 3-5 days, the box took almost 3 weeks to turn up which was a shame. It was a get well soon box so by the time the person got it, they were already better so the gift was a bit redundant. I also wasn’t that impressed by what was in the box when my friend showed me what arrived. It is a nice idea but I don’t think it is worth the money. It was essentially 2 notebooks and a bar of chocolate and a small matchbox with mini flowers in it for £30 (inc del) which I think is overpriced.

I'm nit sure what happened to my order. I couldn't track its delivery details due to some problem with the royal mail. If you could find out if it ever arrived I would be grateful as it's all a bit of a mystery.

unfortunately i wrote a future-date to sent the gift box to be schedule for a birthday date, but you sent it anyway in your own time, very early.

Product and packing was really great but the package only arrived three days after the birthday it was meant to arrive on (and five days after I ordered), so overall I’m not too happy.
