Royal Mail couldn't find the flat address twice which was odd. Also never got sent a tracking email for 2nd attempt. When I contacted help team, Liza, she was helpful and responded fast but then stopped replying to my emails. Week later her last email the package was delivered to my home address so I have to give/deliver my gift personally.

Poor never recieved a notification that item had been delivered.. and because it was sent as a gift asked for the bill to be sent to my address..and didn't receive that either ..just hoping the gift actually got there ..disappointed

Ordering process was good and item looked nice and something different for mothers day. Unfortunately it never arrived :-(

Well one of the owners Kate who I had emailed Isaid I had received the gift and had no idea who it was from, and I felt although a nice idea and very thoughtful of whoever sent it, I found the idea of not being able to thank someone for this was important to me, I got the feeling this was a bit of a bother to her to do this, so not much customer service.. However they did not follow up their promise to come back to me and I am still waiting.!! Although the gift of a bar of chocolate, a little box with a fox in, a pair of socks was very expensive for what it was, although the person ordering this for me was being very thoughtful and very generous.

Gift card was not included with gift so recipient did not know who it was from. I additionally sent a query as I thought it had not been delivered and got no response to my query

Beautiful multi-tool keyring for my husband. BUT spent 1.5 hours trying to remove the sticker, that said what the present was, on the beautiful tin box, which had been stuck on SQUINT, which looked rubbish.

Hi Morag, thank you for your review and order. The 'stocker' on the tin isn't designed to be removed. I agree the tin would probably be more useful and nicer looking without it - I will pass this on to the brand. Best wishes, Liza

Gift arrived 4 days late for birthday. Which was disappointing. Add on a few days to the guaranteed timescales to be sure of arrival on time.,

Hi, I am sorry your gift arrived late. We sent it out the morning after the order was placed but the Royal Mail are experiencing delays at the moment because of staff shortages. I am sorry if our warnings were not clear enough on the website. The situation is out of our control and whilst the majority of gifts are arriving the morning after they are sent, there are still delays for certain areas. Best wishes, Liza

The ordering was easy, I did ask for a delivery but 15th April as it was for my niece birthday. I did order 9 days in Advance hoping that would arrive in time, but as yet it has not arrived. Very Dissapointing.

Thank you for your review Carol! When selecting the date we gave a recommendation that you chose not to follow to send the gift straight away because of the postal delays from the virus. We followed your direction and delayed sending the gift and now it is a day late today - I am really sorry about this and if our warning wasn't clear enough. We are relying on the Royal Mail at the moment and they are understandably experiencing delays in some parts of the UK because of measures taken to stop the spread of the virus. Wonderful products the website is confused. More clarity please of whom you intend to send to and the billing address is / who is the payee. I received an email to the recipient even though I was the present giver. But quick replies and discussion to clarify. All good. But the second time I’ve encountered this problem. Very unnerving when you are sending a present and want it to arrive on the allotted day. Which it did.

Hi, thank you for your review. If you use the gift recipient's name for both the shipping and billing addresses this is the only name we have on record and there is no way of us addressing you by your name if we do not know it. Normally customers put their own name with the billing address as this is what is on their payment card/system. That is why our system assumes that the person purchasing the gift has the name of that on the billing address they give. Our system then addresses all automated emails and updates to that name. So if you would like your name used in correspondence then you need to use your name when placing the order which is what is commonly done. The name used in the shipping address is the name used for the person you are sending/shipping the gift to. We are also happy to change anything manually for you like we did when you emailed us if you find things confusing but I can assure you it is a normal website checkout system that we are using. I am really glad you likes the products we sell and that they arrived on the requested dates. Please let me know if there is anything else I can clarify with regards to names.

Website does not make it clear that requested delivery date is not guaranteed. You will see from other reviews also that not all packages fit letterboxes. Vague apology when I contacted this company to complain. My parcel was left with a neighbour who was then away for a week. Sadly I would not use again.

Great service as a gift but my friend found the chocolate very disappointing. It had little taste and was not creamy in texture. There was little to tell between the two types (salted caramel and popping candy) and the popping candy didn’t pop!

Beautifully wrapped but the mystery box ended up being a bit of a fancy cracker- keyring, bookmark, handkerchief and socks. The socks are usable but the rest aren’t exactly appropriate for the age of the man I bought this for.
