Disappointed that item was delivered late and not on day requested. Items themselves were lovely but defeated point of using PostBoxed service

NIce little gift rather than just a card.. Over priced when you add the expensive postage. if it was cheaper i would use over and over again.

Unfortunately I ordered a gift to be shipped to Italy and it never arrived. It wasn't flagged to track international deliveries and the gift has not arrived so the present has been lost.

Gift arrived , but did not contain the card to say who it was from, so I had to contact the recipient to check they received it as they didn’t know who the gift was from.

Was good but don’t trust the “selected date” as mine didn’t come near the date I wanted it to.

Hi, Thank you for your review and i am sorry you are disappointed. Your gift was sent out 2 working days before the date requested with the Royal Mail and I am sorry if they didn't get it there in time. They usually only take 1 working day but sometimes, very rarely, take longer than the 1 to 2 days estimated because of problems out of our control and i can only apologise and offer to make it up to you somehow. I am worried that you say the gift didn't arrive anytime near the date requested, the date requested was only few days ago, has the gift not arrived? Best wishes, Liza

Convenient and good variety of products but the website needs to be clearer with regards to delivery times and not allow you to select a delivery date if they're unable to meet that delivery date.

I thought the website and products looked lovely, but the gift I bought still has not arrived, and it's about a week and a half overdue from the requested delivery date. I don't think you guys are to blame, but I hope this gets followed up asap so the gift can be sent to the recipient. Already the surprise has been spoilt because I've had to double check with her that she hasn't received any parcels from me... Thanks in advance for sorting this.

My order placed nine days ago (for my mums birthday) has still not arrived. I emailed to ask Postboxed to follow this up but have heard nothing, so I am very disappointed and this is the reason for the 'poor' rating. On a positive note, Postboxed was very helpful with another order when I forgot to add a message and they arranged this for me after the order had been submitted.

I put a lot of time and thought into writing the note to be included with the item. It arrived with no note and no other way to identify the sender. This caused a lot of confusion, not to mention the frustration at losing the note I'd spent time writing! The text didn't even appear on my order confirmation so there was no way to send it separately after the fact. If your website is not able to reliably post the entire present, including the note, you shouldn't offer it as a service. The parcel also arrived after the estimated delivery time so overall, the present itself (which is made by a separate company anyway), was the only satisfactory part.

Spent a while writing out the personalised note to be sent with the gift but it arrived without. There was no way to tell who the gift was from, let alone the frustration at the loss of the note!

Gift was great but was delivered a day later than expected, which was so disappointing as I even received an email saying it would be despatched on the correct day. I wouldn't rush to use the service again.

Only 1 gift arrived instead of the two I ordered. Can you arrange a refund for he second one as the opportunity to give out the has now past. Thanks Chris Broderick

I recently ordered a mystery gift box and was very disappointed as it contained a bar of chocolate and a slightly tacky key ring. I was expecting much better, especially as I had paid over £20 for it.

Just a little disappointing to know I spent £45 only to get a small notebook, a tiny purse and a keyring. I felt like I'd wasted a lot of money, made me not want to buy another Box.
