“I used Postboxed to send a gift to my friend in Barcelona. It's tricky sending gifts to europe since Brexit, but Postboxed deal with customs etc. It arrived in time and my friend was delighted with her box of treats. Also very pretty packaging! 😃”

“I ordered a colouring book and pencil to be sent to my daughter in Denmark on 13th August, I also paid the taxes. As of now 1st September my daughter has been told that to receive it she will have to pay import tax and £30 handling fee. Which means not only is she paying for her own present but a colouring book and small set of pencils is cost nearly £80!!!!”

“Unfortunately my goods never arrived, hence 3 stars. I went online to the chat line and asked where they were and straight away I had a reply. I was offered a re send which wouldn’t have arrived in time, so I was given a refund, which was dealt with more or less straight away. So very good customer service.”

“My item was never delivered, and subsequently missed the occasion the item was for. There is no tracking information available from the preferred courier by Postboxed so I can’t get any update on the whereabouts of the parcel. I am aware these things can happen but the quality of the customer service is poor and not very responsive. When I required about my parcel not being delivered, the response I received from Postboxed was to ask if I had put the postal address in correctly. There was no responsibility being taken from the company to rectify the situation. Chasing up with the courier/ sending out another parcel or issuing a refund would have been a resolution but nothing of the sort has been offered or actioned. I am now trying to get a refund but I don’t hold out much luck as I don’t receive responses in a timely manner to the emails I send. I can’t comment on the quality of the gift as I haven’t seen it nor has the intended recipient. I wouldn’t use this company again nor would I recommend”
