I bought this as a birthday present for a friend and they were exceptionally pleased with their gift. Selecting a gift box and delivery were all excellent experiences

The items were a gift, and I assume they were fine, but I was dissappointed to hear they weren't actually delivered through the post box, but were to be collected from the post office. Perhaps postboxes in Czechia are extra small?

Thank you for your review. I am sorry they had to pick up their gift. Different countries have different sized letterboxes and sometimes they don't have them at all. We cannot arrange for letterbox delivery if there isn't the space for the gift to be posted! All of our gifts are designed to fit through letterboxes, even small ones but sometimes this isn't possible. I hope the recipient liked their gift! Best wishes, Liza

Thank you for your review! I am really sorry I didn't reply to your email over the Easter holidays. We are a small company and are getting back to emails on Monday (bank holiday Monday) night. Unfortunately we have families etc. and cannot always reply instantly over holidays. I am sorry that this is disappointing but as a small company we cannot afford staff to work over public holidays. Great service - parcel delivered to Germany in good time (even though I had originally requested the wrong date!) Lisa quickly amended it! Would use again and recommend.

Great idea, but my gift message wasn’t included so my employee hadn’t a clue where/who it was from! I’m also not Nikki clearly! I’m the person that sent the gift. A bit rubbish service really!

Hi! Thank you for your review. You didn't add a gift note to your order so we didn't add one either - I just double checked and no gift note was filled in when the order was placed so it makes sense that your employee didn't know who the gift was from. You also selected that the shipping and billing address were the same - when this is done our system assumes that the gift is being sent to the sender to pass on themselves and the only name we then have on our system is the one used for the billing address. So we use that in our emails, I apologise if your name is not Nikki but it wasn't clear to us as you say. I hope your employee liked their gift despite not knowing who it was from. If you decide to place an order in the future and want us to make sure a gift note has been added or for us to add one for you just give us a quick email after and I will check it all for you! Very prettily packaged, a real treat for my friend, delivered to her door. I love that you can choose from a large variety of gifts. Delivery was good. Very happy with the whole deal. I will be using again and would recommend to anyone.

Package was never delivered. When I contacted customer services, they we're kind and understanding and told me that they would make sure to resend the package when it returned to them due to failing delivery. Never heard from them again. So I payed close to twenty pounds for a pair of organic socks for a birthday gift and the birthday girl never got a present. Dissappointed.

Dear Moniek, Thank you for your review. You gave us an incorrect address (which you agreed via email was incorrect). I offered free of charge to re-deliver the gift (at our expense) for you if it was returned from the incorrect address to us. I sent a chocolate gift box to my mum who lives in Spain. I could track the delivery of the parcel. The service was excellent and my mum said the package was delivered in a nice sturdy box and chocolate bars wrapped beautifully. Arrived with 6 days. I will definitely use again. Thank you!
