“Once we had sorted the order which took a few phone calls and emails everything was great. Very impressed with quality of caps and bottles. Jeremy was very helpful and obliging despite it being a relatively small order. Thank you for the very swift turn around. Goods arrived a few days before my deadline. Thank you, all in all very impressed.”

“Jeremy was so helpful and such a joy to speak to. Unfortunately on the couple of occassions that I have contacted james it wasn't something that he was able to assist with (they were ridiculous budget / time frames) but was always positive and helpful. Looking forward to dealing with Jeremy more in 2021.”

“The branded t-shirts arrive before the deadline we asked and Jeremy was very helpful with that. Small bumps when requesting the samples and the type of t-shirt however all was on in the end.”

“I ordered 3 items from Positive Media Promotions. Generally, I would say that the service from PMP was good. Positives were: Staff friendliness on the phones – Jeremy and Ashley were good, but the initial phone call I made to PMP speaking to someone from Yorkshire (that I wish I’d taken his name) was what made me pursue PMP – he was excellent, and I would encourage you to try find out who it was. The quality of the products is good Delivery was made on time, as specified The negative was that I had to chase PMP for artwork proofs, and with the bookmarks, had to ask for clarification of whether there was an existing border as it wasn’t shown on the original proof.”

“Just had a slight problem with the delivery as it had gone to the wrong place, then had to be sent back out and we received the order on Saturday 9th March. Pleased with the products.”
