I ordered 3 items from Positive Media Promotions. Generally, I would say that the service from PMP was good. Positives were: Staff friendliness on the phones – Jeremy and Ashley were good, but the initial phone call I made to PMP speaking to someone from Yorkshire (that I wish I’d taken his name) was what made me pursue PMP – he was excellent, and I would encourage you to try find out who it was. The quality of the products is good Delivery was made on time, as specified The negative was that I had to chase PMP for artwork proofs, and with the bookmarks, had to ask for clarification of whether there was an existing border as it wasn’t shown on the original proof.
