“I am very satisfied with the product, however I found your site initially very difficult to use. I attempted to get a price for 70 cups and to confirm I wanted assorted colours. I left 2 messages and sent an email, I received no reply. I eventually placed the order and then on receipt of confirmation requested the assorted colours. So the end result was satisfactory”

“A great start with loads of contact. Then lots of errors and worries and no replies. But thankfully they pulled through with a great commemorative coin in time to the correct address.”

“The starting stages of the order was efficient and prompt, the help from the designer Ben was fab and really helpful. We made payment with a delivery date the following week. Unfortunately at this stage a regrettable blip occurred which resulted in me chasing dispatch dates. No response was received from the account manager. Eventually a response was had however it resulted in the items arriving a week late. This was not great as we had our own internal production team made of volunteers ready to pack and send the items out which in the event couldn’t happen and resulted in three staff needing to come in on a day off to fulfil our end of our promotion schedule. The bags look good. There are a few (4) duff prints in the first 100. I expect that the company will be helpful in resolving this issue. The blip in production and dispatch was an unfortunate problem to resolve. Our timescales were super tight and communication suggested we could work within that time. I would definitely recommend and use again however the need to build in some extra time would be beneficial.”

“The bags are .oK though some words have not been printed properly and there was s some bleeding on ‘o’s and ‘e’s. But for the price they will do.”

“The product itself was very satisfactory. But the delivery instructions were not followed at all. Delivering on the wrong date despite repeated explicit & confirmed communications on this topic. This meant I was not there to pick them up causing significant difficulties.”

“Steve was our point of contact and was very quick in coming back to me and very helpful. However, we were delivered the wrong colour of product. This was not a major problem but was not what we had ordered. Three of the bottles in our order were also faulty.”

Firstly I apologise for you feeling this way about our service as we pride ourselves on customer service, quality and price. We rely upon all of our tried and tested manufacturers/suppliers to make certain that our clients requirements are fulfilled each and every time. Please understand that this is a very rare occurrence and I am sorry that it happened on your order. I understand that Steve offered to replace them with the correct colour immediately which is standard practice of our high level of service but you advised that you wish to keep the ones delivered. Regarding the 3 faulty bottle, I have ordered replacements for you but before I send them can you confirm which colour you would like ?
