“I'm afraid I was very disappointed with our goods. The items do not fit in their boxes so the boxes are popping open, there are small holes in the wood and our logo is illegible on most of hex key sets that I've opened so far. I have opened about 7 and 1 of those has a rusty allen key in it. I emailed Positive Media Promotions straight away but that was over two days ago and nobody has replied to me.”

“We ordered 25 units of these mint tubes to see what the quality was like. When they arrived I have to say were a little disappointed with them, to be honest. We are happy with the Blue colour that really matches our corporate branding. The print quality of the white logo was very poor, on some of the tubes the logo had been marked or scratched off. The plastic quality didn't seem that great either some of the units had scratches on them. The twisting tops were either really tight to undo or really loose to open and then mints went flying on the floor. The order was processed and delivered to us really fast which is good but I don't know if this affected the quality of print.”

“i was requesting an order and everything went fine, but then the order was cancelled because of license reasons. Ashley was fast and kind, unfortunately there were no alternatives for our interests, so we ended up without making an order again.”

“As missed opportunity for Positive Media. I ordered rain ponchos with our logo for an event. I phoned Jeremy to discuss delivery time as they needed to be with us for the event. I am unsure what went wrong but they did not arrive until after the event. I agreed to return them with your sales manager. They remain awaiting collection.”

Hi Sammy, I am aware of this issue and I can confirm that this issues was resolved with the manufacturer yesterday as soon as this was raised by yourself. “Our contact went on holiday and nothing was picked up by staff which in turn we missed our delivery and launch of the event. The courier left it with a concession at the hospital and didn't tell anyone”

“I specifically asked for the shipment to be sent on a particular day as I was going to be away from home. Instead the heavy boxes arrived when I was away from home and they had to be looked after by a neighbour. I did not want my boxes to be seen or held by anyone which is the reason I asked for the shipment date to be specific. Based on this experience I will get a quote from someone else on the next occasion I need products.”
