As missed opportunity for Positive Media. I ordered rain ponchos with our logo for an event. I phoned Jeremy to discuss delivery time as they needed to be with us for the event. I am unsure what went wrong but they did not arrive until after the event. I agreed to return them with your sales manager. They remain awaiting collection.
