“The bags are super ,people like them and I have passed on your details to someone else complaint that I have ,you have my address yet you put ;1 Cavendish court not Cavendish Rd hence it was delivered ( after I had spent two days in waiting for them ) to somewhere else lady who had no idea who I was signed for them only after her neighbour saw them and said I know who this lady is ,that is when I got them. please be careful how you distribute them”

I was sorry to hear about your delivery problem. I did speak to Ashley and checked on our system, and we did have the correct address on our delivery paperwork. It seems that the courier must have got confused. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“I specifically asked for the shipment to be sent on a particular day as I was going to be away from home. Instead the heavy boxes arrived when I was away from home and they had to be looked after by a neighbour. I did not want my boxes to be seen or held by anyone which is the reason I asked for the shipment date to be specific. Based on this experience I will get a quote from someone else on the next occasion I need products.”
