“Having struggled with bog standard 'high street' varifocals for a while it was a revelation to find Posh Eyes (and only just up the road from me....how lucky is that!?) Rather than just being offered a choice between bronze, silver, gold and platinum lenses (not that I could notice any difference between them anyway) as per my 'high street' experience Julian has a number of lenses and manufacturers that he can use. This enables him to can tailor glasses to individual needs and, indeed, he takes time and trouble to discuss exact requirements for each 'patient'. Combining Zeiss lenses with superlight Oakley frames has revolutionised how I see the world (sounds dramatic but that's how I feel!) Now I can wear my varifocals all the time and feel they are working with me rather than against me - as previously. So pleased am I that I bought prescription sunglasses too and my hubs also got his new varifocals from Julian. Again, OH is delighted and says his Posh Eyes varifocals are far superior to all his previous ones. I have recommended Julian to friends and family and will continue to do so. I'd award 10 stars if I could! Thanks, Julian!”

“I've had a very good experience using Posh Eyes. I already had my prescription and I knew the specific frames I wanted (Persol 3012V), they weren't on the website but Julian managed to source them for me at a terrific price. I got two pairs, one for close up and one for distance. The quality of lenses are really good too (one set coated, one without). We did it all via email and a phone call and took about 2 weeks from ordering to me receiving them. Total price was about half of all my local opticians. I've told all my pals and would highly recommend Julian and Posh Eyes.”

“It was great to get bargain glasses from a UK opticians with a UK address, instead of the online companies who look like they're in the UK but are actually in the US, so you end up paying extra in customs fees. I called at one point to check on the status of my order and got an update. The glasses arrived a day later and all was 100% good.”

“I've used Posh Eyes for around a decade for Acuvue Oasys contact lenses and have always found them very good. Posh Eyes are very cost effective, prompt with delivery and very helpful - including one time when I required an urgent delivery to a remote Scottish island!”

“I've been buying my contact lenses from Posh Eyes for quite a few years and have never had a problem. They are the cheapest place online that I have found and offer great service with a personal touch. I feel like I'm supporting the High Street from afar!”

“Excellent service, sent my Ray-bans back for a re-glaze which due to my prescription Ray-ban would not supply, Posh Eye contacted me and suggested the best lenses as an alternative. Sunglasses have been return and tried and are perfect.”
