“Communication excellent. Welcome reception very good. Cleanliness excellent. Ventilation - needs improvement. A strip of tape or paint on the stairs to illuminate from bedrooms to main area. Simple written instructions of how to use dishwasher & washer/dryer. Non- skid on bathtub & shower. Overall a delightful experience. Will book for 2026. Question: does the larger suite on floor above have a larger bed? We would prefer a “king-size” bed.”

“The stay was good. I could not locate the hair dryer till end of my stay and found it in one of the drawer on last day, rest all was good.”

“Superb location and just enough amenities. But i only got 1 service in 12 days. felt shortchanged.”

“The location was convenient and the state of the apartment was good. The check-in procedure was a bit of a hassle, partly due to most of the Portland Brown team being at some company offsite. The apartment keys were sent via a third-party courier, who promptly deposited them at the wrong location; it took a while to sort that out.”

“Hi, We were pleased to stay in Portland Brown. Staff is very supportive and helpful. In general we enjoyed the stay. Though we encountered couple of issues: - shower was not working when we arrived. So after a hard and a long journey, we could not take a shower. - we had a leak in the sink in the kitchen which lead to calling the help and dealing with it - we receuved dirty sheets for the bed once If you could look into it for the future, that would be lovely. “Portland Brown facility is situated at a very suitable location since its near ASDA store. Also, it has got all possible amenities that one need to stay in a apartment for longer duration since I have spent 5 months. I truly recommend this facility to others too. Thanks, Abhishek”

“Excellent Location and neat cosy apartment for short stay. I would return to this place again but bit pricey as location is near to everything. Portland Brown Guys simply impress you with there hospitality. Everything was available for me not even once i felt the need to contact them back.”
