Great location, good service and clean new apartment. Downside was this specific apartment was hot - temperature issues and fans (provided) where needed every night.

good service. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused some minor back pain to both my wife and I each morning - I highly recommend this get replaced. the water pressure is very bad/inconsistent in the bathroom

+ The rooms were very clean + Apartment was equipped with all i needed + Quite area and still very central in the city of London - The rooms had a strong smell - The elevator need some technician to look at them, because one of them was in really bad condition and took forever to close and open the doors. I liked staying in your apartment and would recommend it to my colleagues.

The only issue I had with the apartment was the very slow internet connectivity. I would strongly suggest to allocate people based on their working needs. For Software Engineers (or, more in general, people in the IT space), an apartment with high speed broadband is a must.

Bath bombs in the beginning made my day! Also, a super nice service. :) And the maid service was just awesome - very friendly girls and very very clean apartment. And a bathtube was great. However, the apartment itself was very dark, washroom lacked furniture and I needed to keep all my cosmetics visible to everyone who visited and look at the clutter all the time, no chair or anything to leave my clothes when taking shower and the kitchen panel near by the floor was constantly falling down. What's more, the living room was much smaller than in the pictures. I know the pictures were only for demonstration purposes but for me the difference was too big to be acceptable. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Portland Brown took great care of my wife and I during our extended stay in London between July and December 2018. Whenever we requested anything and/or had any questions we were provided with immediate assistance. Whenever it was necessary for repairs/maintenance work/safety checks to be carried out we were always provided with sufficient enough advance notice and details to be prepared. Finally, for any issues and/or changes that needed to be made within our apartment we were always provided with full details and were well informed on what was happening. We were both very impressed with the level of quality and attention to detail provided by Portland Brown.

overall, very good. very quick response by email. the only reason I did not put full rating was the laundry. I had difficily using laundry becasue it was not maintained well. I had issue usint it and error occuered for drain. at that time, i have to fix by myself and found out the cleaning of the drain area(right down side of the small pocket) was not cleaned and i have to clean it up by myself. other than that, i had very good stay at portland brown.
