“I recently stayed at Westminster Residences for the second time, and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free, setting a positive tone for the stay. The location is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet well-connected to the city, making it easy to get around. The staff at Westminster Residences were incredibly helpful and accommodating. One of the standout features was the concierge service. It made the check-out process much smoother, especially since my flight was in the afternoon. I could leave my bags there for a few hours after checking out in the morning and collect them just before heading to the airport. This convenience was much appreciated.”

“It's always a pleasure working with the Portland Brown team and staying at their Westminster property. They are incredibly responsive and thorough in their communications, and everyone is very warm and welcome, from the reservations agents to check-in coordinator to onsite concierge. The property is stunning - modern, chic, and equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable city stay - and it's my go-to accomodation whilst in London for business or pleasure!”

“Hi guys, I've ummed and ah'd about sending this as overall I had a good experience, but thought I would post a few thoughts in good faith. As a company I cannot fault the service, absolutely fantastic. From pre check in through to the end of my stay, communication and help has been faultless. Highly commended. The flat itself was in a brilliant location, however, there are a few niggles worth mentioning. As it's above the cafe, [Beppe's] I was woken every morning at 6am with the guys downstairs setting up. I also realised that my bedroom was above the bin store so I was again woken on an almost daily basis by a bin truck picking up refuge somewhere between 7 and 7.30am. Not a huge problem to some people, but I was working 15 hour days at The National Theatre during my stay, so every bit of sleep counted. The living space / kitchen was lovely. Great size, well equipped etc, so no complaints there. However, the bedroom didn't really have much space to actually get dressed, likewise the dimensions of the bathroom are so small. Even my wife, who is quite petite had difficulty. The way the toilet had been squeezed in next to the shower cubicle was pretty frustrating and very uncomfortable to be honest. All a bit small and maybe not as well layed out as it could have been. Sorry for being a party pooper, but I think it's important that you get relevent feedback. So re: the company, great. I have no complaints and would highly recommend. The size of bathroom, not so much. I hope this is taken in the constructive manner in which it's been written. Thanks, Ian.”

That said, I’m sorry to hear about the early morning noise and that the layout wasn’t quite as comfortable as you’d hoped, especially with your work schedule. We’ll definitely take your comments on board and look at how we can communicate about the size, layout, and exact location of the property so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. “Working with Portland Brown was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They recommended a wonderful apartment in Westminster, in what I presume was an old renovated building, that seemed like it was brand new with all the modern appliances and conveniences. The service leading up to our arrival, the check-in and concierge service while we were there, the check-out and even the timely return of our deposit was professional and pleasant...from start to finish. We've stayed in places all over the world. This was as nice of an experience as any.”

“From the welcome upon arriving to the beautifully appointed apartment, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The"Coal Drop" area was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go as the Kings Cross station was just steps away. The many restaurants, shops and supermarket also made for a wonderful experience. Any issues within the apartment were immediately resolved quickly and professionally. The Concierge was always friendly and willing to help with any questions about the area. We were truly sad to leave.”
