“overall, very good. very quick response by email. the only reason I did not put full rating was the laundry. I had difficily using laundry becasue it was not maintained well. I had issue usint it and error occuered for drain. at that time, i have to fix by myself and found out the cleaning of the drain area(right down side of the small pocket) was not cleaned and i have to clean it up by myself. other than that, i had very good stay at portland brown.”

“The appartment is nice and is located in the centre of London. The service is pretty good - when asked for service it is solved within 24 to 48 hours.”

“1. Housekeeper should be more careful when cleaning the apartment. There were times that the dishwasher was put inside and need reposition. 2. After changing the light-bulb, I would expect the dust would also be cleaned. 3. As the apartment is near a Garbage disposal station, every day in the morning, it would be quite noisy when the garbage truck is in operation.”

“My colleague and I stayed at Apartment 7, Discovery Dock West. We both liked that the flat is spacious, has a nice view, and a great location.”
